T W E N T Y E I G H T E E N. What a year.. from travelling on my own for the first time, to training camps in Thailand, to World Championships in LA , to Muay Thai fights, to my MMA Debut, to retaining Pan Pacific BJJ titles, to earning the #1
UAEJJF ranking in Oceania, to failing subjects at uni, to growing @tiikitribe
and launching Tiiki Meals.. the list goes on. I’m proud of what I’ve achieved, but not at all satisfied. I’m so so glad for the people who were with me along the way. I can’t wait for 2019. These last two weeks off were amazing, and much more necessary than I myself knew. But next week I’m back in the gym and by the following week I will be back training full time. If you know me enough to know about 2022, then you know that I run on my own schedule. My new year started 8 weeks ago, so belated happy new year. I cannot wait for what’s next. I’m always failing and winning in different ways, but in all outcomes I reflect and I aim to improve. I started training 3 years 357 days ago. That was training module 1. Time for part 2.
