post because I am so proud of what I've achieved. 🤘

becaise ot helps woth my motivation amd flexibility but behind the scenes, I've been working on my weight and my health for the past 6 months. 😊
In the starting photo, I weighed in at 210lbs, in the one on the right, taken about a week ago, I weighed in at 169lbs and look at the definition that is just starting to peep on my body.
I have never felt more energetic and outgoing before (ironic that I'm writing this from my bed recovering from being ill). Once where I made excuses, I now don't have any and I live for the thought of hiking up a giant ass hill!
Here's to holding myself responsible and to the next six months of working towards my goals!
