As I sit reflecting on the past year I realize just how much of a turn my life has taken . This year I gave birth to a little goddess from the cosmos, I gave birth to unconditional self love and true self acceptance. I gave birth to my fierce, unyielding truth , I gave birth to autonomy and intuition. This year Saturn returns home and with it brings new meaning and purpose to my existence. I am grateful for my souls evolution and i look forward with confidence to all that the ancestors and the universe have instore ! #28thsolarreturn#birthday#earthday#bigthingspoppin#capricornseason

The only #10yearchallenge that really matters. Pick up trash if you see it on the floor. Rescue an animal if you see that it's in danger. Turn off the lights when you're not using them. Bike or walk instead of driving a car everywhere. Place recycling in the recycling so that it can be turned into new material and not clogging up the landfill. We think "saving the planet" requires so much work, but there is something you can do every day to help prevent Mother Nature from decaying. ☮️🏞️🌍♻️
If you live up north you may not even think to protect your skin in the winter. Think again! The sun is up there year-round guys! Even when it’s cloudy, 80% of UV rays still come through. 😳
So how do we protect ourselves without bathing in sunscreen every day? @getsundaily came up with a better, tastier way that I’m actually a fan of. 🙌🏻 It’s like a gummy vitamin D supplement but better. It also includes a moderate dose of polypodium extract, a fern that’s been used by traditional cultures in Central and South American for centuries and is backed by 30+ years of sun protection science.
The fern is also dense in antioxidants so consuming the extract daily can help your skin look smoother and more even-toned with consistent use. #superfood
This will be so easy to add to my morning routine and I’ll feel better knowing that I’m taking care of my skin.
Because I know you guys love a good deal, you can get your own bottle 10% off with the code SUN10 ☀️

Since I can remember, I have had an appreciation, awe and wonder for trees, clouds, waterfalls, and powerful mountains. Our earth is more than just our home, it’s our life. We live, breath and consume what our planet has to offer. It has always been my goal to clean up my path, and the path that others may leave behind. We all have a choice on what difference we are going to make, large or small. Keep it simple or go big, either way let’s pick up a can today and more importantly, every day. Happy Earth Day weekend! Get out there and go enjoy Earths tapestry. #earthday —

Pollution is currently a major world problem. Every year, Americans alone dispose of more than 35 billion plastic bottles, many of which end up in our oceans. Scientists predict that if we continue to pollute the Earth, we will have more plastic than fish in our waterways by 2050. It’s time to talk about pollution and healthy alternatives to harmful habits. For every like this post gets (up to 50000), 5¢ will be donated to an environmental conservation non-profit organization. Together, we stand! 🌏

A special shout out today to featured follower @organicallyanna. Anna is very much an advocate of the three Rs: reduce, reuse, recycle. She enjoys buying clothes secondhand and reworking many of the pieces to suit her style. She shared with us her recent project which features a #woodsyowl patch which is available for purchase in our store. It says, "Join Woodsy Owl. Give a hoot. Don't pollute."
Many thanks to the volunteers who have spent countless hours picking up trash in our public lands during the government shutdown. Love your parks and #leaveitbetterthanyoufoundit 💛🌲
