I love seeing how different people make their chicken noodle soups. My favorite thing to do is use egg noodles, and lots of spices and hot sauce! 🌶 What tricks do you have for the perfect chicken noodle soup? 🥣 I was super sick over the weekend and whipped this up in less then 30 mins!! Very few ingredients, easy prep and healthy - what more could you want?!?! 😍🙏🏼 ■ EASY CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP ■ Ingredients 📋 1 tbsp butter 1-2 cloves of minced garlic 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped celery 1 cup sliced carrots 🥕 58oz of chicken broth 15oz of vegetable broth 1/2 lb chopped, cooked chicken 🐓 2-3 cups of egg noodles (I love lots of noodle in mine 😍) 1/2 tsp dried basil 1/2 tsp dried oregano Salt and pepper to taste Optional: Red chili flakes for a little kick 🥊 & some @franksredhot #BuffaloWingSauce to taste 🤤 Instructions 📖 In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Cook onion, garlic and celery in butter until tender, 5 mins. Pour chicken and vegetable broths and stir in chicken, noodles, carrots, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. INDYK W SOSIE SZPINAKOWO-SEROWYM Z MAKARONEM! - Bez zbędnego przedłużania, co będzie nam potrzebne?🤔 - ✅150g piersi z indyka/kurczaka ✅90g makaronu ryżowego ✅70g szpinaku ✅1 cebula(130g) ✅Łyżka sosu sojowego(10g) ✅80ml mleka ✅8g mąki(obojętnie) ✅Ser topiony(u mnie 2 plastry Hochlanda-33g) ✅pieprz, sól, oregano, zioła prowansalskie, przyprawa do kurczaka - Przygotowanie: Patelnię popryskać PAM’em lub nalać oleju. Wrzucić pokrojoną w kostkę cebulę. Następnie dodać pokrojonego i doprawionego kurczaka. Dorzucić do wszystkiego szpinak. Następnie dolać wody wedle uznania. W kubeczku obok rozrobić mleko z mąką i sosem sojowym, dokładnie wszystko wymieszać. Wlać na patelnię do kurczaka, szpinaku i cebuli. W międzyczasie ugotować makaron. Happy Sunday Fitfam 🧡 late nights and early mornings over here 🤷🏿‍♀️ 😫 I've had a winning 7 days and I know a large part of that is down to being organised. The week ahead is busy soooo I gottaaaaa make that prep happen. OK 🔥 get your tummy ready for this one. Today's meal prep is a Mexican hash 😍 it tastes just as good as it looks. The great thing is you can eat this for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This contains roasted garlic butternut squash, ground beef, spinach, avocado and eggs. If I was making this to eat at home then I would have fried/baked the egg however boiling keeps better for meal prep. If your always hungry after eating cereal or muffins for breakfast then this is a great healthy savoury option that will keep your blood sugar and waistline down. Macros and calories in the photo. SWIPE 🚦 for the second meal. Grilled chicken thigh, garlic & herb roasted cauliflower rice with braised purple cabbage. I've always been on the fence with cauliflower to be honest. I just never got the hype until I discovered roasted cauliflower 😍 omg. I added a dash of olive oil, chopped garlic with mixed herbs and roasted it for 20 minutes. The results were amazing! Dzisiaj kolejny post z serii - ile to ma kalorii? - 😋Na grafice chyba coś co wszyscy lubią i osobiście nie znam osoby, która by nie skusiła się na batonika. - 😎Jest to mała ściągawka ile ma kcal poszczególny baton. Wiem, że może to wielu osobom ułatwić kontrolę kalorii, wiec stąd taka „notatka”. - 🧐Należy pamiętać, że możemy zjeść „na diecie” batona, czy jakiś inny słodycz. Ważne, żeby zmieścić się w założonym bilansie kalorycznym. - 👉Należy również pamiętać o tym, żeby nasza dieta bazowała głównie na pełnowartościowych produktach(80% kalorii), a resztę (20% kalorii) można uzupełnić z produktów rekreacyjnych. - ❗️Oczywiście zawsze będę zachęcał do korzystania z jak najmniej przetworzonych produktów spożywczych❗️ - 👉W okresie redukcji tkanki tłuszczowej bazowałbym praktycznie całkowicie na produktach pełnowartościowych, ponieważ jeśli ktoś ma naprawdę mało kalorii na redukcji, to warto jest zadbać o jakość pożywienia, aby uniknąć mogących wystąpić niedoborów. - 🧐Masz ochotę na batonika? Homemade Guac! mmmmm, so delicious! The veggie truck had avocados and cilantro this week so I grabbed all the fixings for guacamole; fresh avocado, onion, cilantro, tomato, and lime. I have never really followed a recipe for guacamole, but a while back I watched @aharel07 make some with these ingredients and from then on I just wing it. Mash up some avocado and then throw in some tomato, onion, cilantro, and a few squeezes of lime juice until it tastes how you like it. I always make it, give it a little taste test and add whatever I think it needs a little at a time.
