WHY did I fast? I actually practice 16/8 #intermittentfasting

but I woke up yesterday AM with a terrible stomach ache from cheating 🍰🥂🍭 so decided to fast and let my tummy rest.
WHAT type of fast? I originally planned a 24 hour fast but it ended up being ~40 hours 😎 because of work.... #adulting
HOW I fasted? Kept busy and drank errthang zero calorie 🤣 I had water with lemon, water with lemons + limes, black coffee, water, green tea, water, oolong tea, La Croix, and bedtime tea! YEAH.. I PEED A LOT!!! -
Yes, it was challenging esp when my belly interrupted people talking during 2 meetings 😑 BUT I'm really proud of myself and that's why I love the #ketowoe
and incorporating it with fasting because I'M NOT A H-ANGRY 🚺🐶 and was super productive!!!!
