Day 25: Alfredo buffalo meatballs with spinach and mushrooms 🍄
Why didn't I try this much earlier? I love chicken nuggets. 😱🤤 so here they are, keto nuggets! 💕 Recipe : bowl 1: • 100gr almond flour • garlic powder • onion powder • salt. 🔜 bowl 2: • 1 egg • 3tsp your fav oil. 🅰️ mix bowl 1 and mix bowl 2 separately. cut the chicken fillet into cubes like chicken nugets. dip a chicken cube first into the egg mixture, then cover it with the almond flour mixture. 🅱️ then fry them in oil until golden brown. and I can tell you, they are delicious! (Dinner: salad, kohlrabi cubes, chicken nuggets)

Strawberry Protein Smoothie. This is our go-to muscle repairing drink after we finish a good workout at the gym. I believe in recycling and reusing, so you'll recognize this cup from Starbucks. But honestly, I made this at home with Jay Robb Vanilla Whey protein powder, organic almond milk, a few frozen strawberries, collagen, and a splash of heavy whipping cream. So good!

It’s rainy out, so I made some Porkchops with a Raspberry Balsamic Sauce 😂 I coated the chops with Butt Rub seasoning then I sous-vide them @140
for 4hr. I then pan seared them for a few minutes with some olive oil. For the glaze I grabbed a handful of raspberries mixed in 2t of swerve confectioner and 1t of balsamic vinegar. I also added a touch of himalayan salt for taste.
