Basil isn't the only herb for pesto. Parsley, along with walnuts and lemon juice, makes another great version for simple pastas like spaghetti. Recipe link in profile.
It’s gloomy and feels like fall but I’m using this pasta to pretend it’s summer. Lemon Truffle Ziti with Roasted Tomatoes, Sautéed Kale and Parmesan Cheese.
To make the roasted tomatoes, I drizzled them in olive oil and baked at 425 for 20
I used @eatbanza
chickpea pasta and tossed it in olive oil, lemon juice, and black truffle salt. BANZA TIP: Undercook it! By cooking it for less time it says on the package, it won’t get as gooey and fall apart. I recommend 5-6 minutes. And stir often to prevent sticking!

With all my posts and stories, I just want to share my information and help others. That's my number one goal. I've been seeing something going on all over Instagram lately though. People make generic comments after looking at a photo and completely ignore the caption. I get it; it boosts your post interaction and gets you more publicity. But I'm not into that. Who really wants "interaction" that isn't real anyway? It's just frustrating. I'm extremely thankful for the number of you who truly do read and post engaging comments. I'd rather follow/be followed by a few genuine people than by a bunch of robots! And I'll never stop writing and posting info that may be helpful to you.

It’s amazing how something with few ingredients can have a flavorful impact. That’s why drinks like the Manhattan, Negroni, or Vesper reign supreme in the cocktail world. The “47 Over 130” is exactly one of those cocktails where few ingredients go a long way.
The idea behind this cocktail was to take Monkey 47 (which has 47 different botanicals) and pair it well with Green Chartreuse (which has 130 secret ingredients). Throw some dry vermouth in the mix and you have yourself a martini exploding with depth and flavor. To add more herbs in the mix, I garnished this cocktail with a bay leaf which will overtime open even more flavor doors during your cocktail experience.

The pork items, specially with the bamboo shoot (made with exotic herbs and spices straight from Arunachal Pradesh) and the Pork salad are absolute delights for your taste buds and the constant smell of the bamboo shoot while waiting for your food will definitely make you drool for sure...Although the service is a bit prompt , but it's worth the wait..😊
