Getting my greens n things
Low back pain is something everyone has probably encountered once in their life and for some, multiple times.
Arrival of low back is normally not just due to one incident. It’s the poor movement and inadequate mobility that has never been addressed and you probably ignored it. Then once a rep or movement occurred it pushed your low back to a limit that it wasn’t physically capable to handle anymore.
Focusing on movement QUALITY over quantity will always lead to a healthier body. Perfecting foundational movement patterns such as the hip hinge will create a strong posterior chain and a resilient back.
Exercises such as these can be great to reteach the hip hinge or be used as movement prep to get the mind and body right before loading that hip hinge with a given load.
Focusing on keeping the spine neutral on even the simplest of exercises will make those big lifts even better during the training session and help in decreasing the risk of injury.
It's always just about being better then yesterday you are your only competition
