HERE IT IS!!! Ever since I started The Pants Project, I’ve wanted to create some sort of event or gathering of inspirational young women, to talk about mental health in the rawest, most honest and open way possible, in a safe and supportive space. I was diagnosed with MRKH when I was 16, and it affected my mental health massively and probably will do in some ways forever. I am here today in a semi-solid, slightly-less-wonky state than before, because of the girls I spent my school days with. They were my network of support, my rocks, my ears and my saviours really - they listened to how I felt and what was wrong, they helped me laugh again and got me through a lot. When I had my treatment in hospital, I’d left school and that support network was harder to find, so Pants became my armour. Now, thanks to Hattie and Minna, my partners in crime and founders of @fruitybootyunderwear
, we managed to get the wonder women at @bumble_uk
to help us put the two together: a support network of women AND underwear, all wrapped up in the beautiful package of an evening featuring these absolute inspirational angels: @lucysheridan
❤️ these guys have chosen to be brave in sharing their own experiences, to help guide us all in a productive conversation about mental health on Wednesday the 25th of July, at 7pm in Mayfair. We’ll be hosting a Q+A panel, a confidence workshop and a mindfulness session. Follow the link in my bio to download @bumble_uk
