A little less talk, a little more action 🎬
Lunch today (and leftovers for tomorrow) was quinoa, roasted pepper, onion & courgette, roasted chickpeas, rocket, sauerkraut, houmous and a single of pumpkin seeds 🌱
Trying to get as many diff fruits/veg/nuts as possible and I love it! So many people don't meet their 5 a day and it can seem daunting but a step in that direction is simply to add 1 more a day than usual! For example an apple as a snack or adding a banana to your cereal, or mixing spinach into your pasta! Just adding 1 extra than you normally get will be very beneficial🌿🌱🌿 #eattherainbow
Hope everyone's having a great weekend, what have you been up to? 👇👇
Still sucks that we lost to the Knicks and Cavs but oh well...
💕💕💕 So, when it comes to "heart beat" designs I get so disheartened (pun totally intended) when there's just a random squiggle instead of an actual ECG reading. Plus I never see anything other than sinus rhythm💗
WOW I am overwhelmed by how good this turned out you guys. I had some time to design my own vector art ECG for a phone case. I figured a heart attack with ST segment elevation is quite creative. I've actually got 3 more ideas in mind that I'll upload soon💗
Please consider supporting me by purchasing or sharing this design with friends. Absolutely in love with how it turned out.
First print will be out in three days. There will be more colours up soon. Thank you so much for all the love and support💗
Link will be in bio

As I’ve started studying for the MCATS I’ve been debating how to organize each topic I study for. I know it doesn’t matter in reality but it matters to me 🤣
So far I’ve been doing each subject by color but I’m still undecided!
How do you guys organize your classes and subjects?

My final for digital painting! I did not have enough time to finish his companion animal, but I'm proud of my character painting! This one feels like I'm doing something that's me again, kinda brings me back to the stuff I used to do when I was like 13. Love me some cyborg shit. I'm thinking about finishing the animal and painting in the background during break.
