🚨 SHADY FOOD MARKETING ALERT 🚨 This yogurt advertises on the front 25% less sugar making you think it is a lower sugar option, however thanks to the new food nutrition label laws, we flip it over and learn they had 10g ADDED sugar per serving! 😳 So basically every serving of this yogurt you have you’re eating 2 extra teaspoons of sugar they just decided to add in. Wow. Well, Gatorade Sports Science Institute ran a study and came to the conclusion that on average, 40% of people in group workout sessions are dehydrated going into it. . Water regulates your body temperature and lubricates your joints. It allows you to perform at your highest level. Without being properly hydrated, the workout feels harder and you will not be as strong. . . You don’t have to carry a gallon of water with you everywhere you go, but just remember to stay hydrated! It will not only benefit your health, but also improve your workouts!

@sietefoods grain free tortilla with @maryschicken ground chicken. I brushed avocado oil in the frying pan and let the tortilla sit there until it was light brown and slightly crispy then added my ground chicken. Eating healthy CAN be fast & delicious! . . I love filling up a cookie sheet with veggies, season them to my liking & throw them in the oven at 375 for about 20min. Super Simple, plus easy clean up. It’s a win-win. . . For this week I roasted up butternut squash, cauliflower, asparagus & carrots. 😋. The butternut squash & cauliflower have 1/2 TBSP of olive oil over both of them, garlic powder, diced onion. The butternut squash has dried Italian seasoning & dried parsley. The cauliflower in addition to garlic powder & diced onion has nutritional yeast on it. . . The asparagus has onion powder, garlic powder & dried Italian seasoning. The carrots had 1 tsp of coconut oil, cinnamon, garlic powder, & onion powder. . . BAM! That’s it and I got veggies for the first part of the week for either lunches or dinners. . . Slow and steady wins the race 🐢 even though the race lasts years 🤷🏽‍♂️ been smashing it lately and noticing the weight slowly coming off which I’m happy with as I was concerned doing my first cut that I’d loose too much too fast 🤙 maintaining my strength aswell 🙋🏼‍♂️

Activity will be a little low for the next few months as I’m working away so don’t have access to a gym 😩 still going to be doing excerise in my room etc to maintain muscle 💪🏼
Pull power day 👌🏻 only just got into the swings of doing dead lifts - did 5 sets of 5 @ 160kg 💪🏼 strength still their in during the cut. Hopefully will be at the two hundred mark in a few months 👌🏻

😬 first video upload 😬 A little wobbly on the second rep and not going as deep as I want but to say before my bulk I could only squat 80kg due to have a weak right knee and now being able to push to 130kg I am quite proud 👏 Leg day is probably my favourite day 🤙
