R O U T I N E ⏰ I’ve had a ridiculously busy few days with shoots & work [some of which is S O exciting I could burst 🤭] so I thought I’d share some of my top tips for helping me keep my S H * T together:
✨ Recognising the difference between tired & needing rest & a bad case of the CBA’s
✨ Planning: what I’m gonna munch on & how I’m gonna move, removes the decision anxiety and help keep things rolling
✨ Keeping Routine: trying to stick to one or two things a day which are non-negotiable regardless of what’s happening, it helps keep me grounded & feeling like ‘me’ - for me that’s walking doggo & having a good breakfast

Food Tip Tuesday: just grill it baby! We love grilling vegetables and protein around here. These skewered kebabs are so simple and keep well in the fridge for grab-n-go snacks and sides. I am posting this to help inform you guys that taking care of your body works!!! But it has to be from the inside out. Preparing for spring break, I was unhappy with the way I looked. I would literally run 5-6 miles on the treadmill almost every night and severely dread going to the gym. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I changed the way I worked out (full cardio —> strength training), I changed the reason I worked out, and I changed because of it :) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
NOW I have learned to love what I have been given. Stopped trying to change myself but trying to better myself, better my physical and mental health. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
