It’s the last month of the year & TO BE HONEST I’m thinking back to when I first started my fitness journey in 2013 & how I wanted to start my “fitness IG page” to motivation others & NEVER DID IT! .
I was NOT mentally& emotionally okay within myself to be “out there” & show my before & after pictures, let alone encourage someone else when really I MYSELF NEEDED IT. .
I wanted to show off my body in lingerie , bikinis, half clad clothing but at that time I had just became a mom, I was so concerned of what others would think of me so I never got to make that “fitness IG page” .
I got out of social media for YEARS up until now. THIS YEAR! I grew some and realized I COULDNT HIDE from the WORLD! .
How else am suppose to live up to the calling I was given. .
This year 2018 I have dealt with PLENTY of experiences I did not except AT ALL. & it has made me to grow those CAJONES & let others know of how important it is to take care of yourself Mentally, Emotionally & Physically. .
The silent ended for me on July 7th, 2018. ->this day FOREVER made me view my life differently, the people I allow in my life, the things I’m showing/teaching my children & most IMPORTANTLY how I view myself & who I really am and stand for! .
I just hope that when I’m ready to speak of my true awakening of that day July 7th, 2018 I can speak it in the most respectful, uplifting, empowering, transparent way that I know how. & leave you with a whole different view of yourself & the life you live. .

Playing football all his life at high standard, the conditioning was already there.
A few tweaks to his nutrition and focusing mainly on weight training, we were able to tone up his physique and get them abs showing for summer! ☀️
