These girls are my world! They keep me on my toes and I absolutely love it. . I’m thankful that my fitness lifestyle allows me to keep up with them and all their activities. . On any given day, you will find me dancing with them, riding bicycles with them, jumping on trampolines with them....... . I’m not just sitting on the sideline, I’m am doing these things with them. It’s important to me that I bond with them on this level. . For me, being fit is more than just having flat abs, it allows me to live the type of life that truly matters to me. . While you squat, do not allow your knees to cave in. If you are squatting to a chair or a box, do not allow your core to disengage by sitting on the chair. Just touch and stand. ——————————— ☀️ Glute Bridge I’ve shown you glute bridge with the slider. Here is a variation with the band. The band is still above my knee. As I send my hips to the sky I am resisting, not allowing my knees to cave in. ————————- ☀️ Clam Shells Lay on your side with feet and hips stacked, knees bent at 90 degrees, and head resting on arm. Keeping core engaged and feet together, raise your knee as far as you can without rotating your hip or lifting opposite knee off the floor. Soooooo..... . Accidently bought these gluten free noodles. I figured it should be no big deal. I have to say I am very thankful I do not need to be gluten free and sorry for those who have to be.
