⚠️1. Leg kick - This exercise is so daaamn good! IF we perform it right! Don’t swing the weights up. Your booty should be ON the seat. If not, lower the weights, lower the reps and work with the contact!
(IF you want a challenge, do single leg kicks. Or work the with tension on the way down).
⚠️2. Squats Smith machine - Don’t lock your knees out. This can be very dangerous with heavy weights. Stop just before this. Have your feet and legs shoulder wide. Use the bar to lean your back against so you get a straight posture.
⚠️3. Pistol squat - Once again, don’t lock your knees out. Light bended legs. Squat down in 90 degrees. This exercise can be done with or without weights! Take help from the bar to keep the balance.

🌃 Tonight’s personal chef tasting with @andrew_reyes88@tidal_sd literally blew my top off!! 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 This is the animated Ube S’mores w/ roasted chocolate budino + ube marshmallows + graham cracker streusel + hibiscus caramel. ⚛️ Chef really outdone himself for this dessert. 🤥🚫 No exaggeration when I say one of the best desserts everevereverever!!! 🔝 The visually presentation and vivid colors make the plate come alive! ⚰️👻 The flavors bursting like fireworks! 🎆🎇🎆🎇 Plus that Ube flavor just brought me right back to my childhood days. 🎭 To say the least, Chef truly impressed me with this winner.
