Not the prettiest lunch, but still packed with lots of goodies 😊 I had an early morning for my first day back at school today (with a nursing calculations test first thing—good welcome back after a break right? 🙈) so this lunch is perfect to keep me energized for the day!! It was also super quick to make too which is always great when you are a college student ⏰ now I’m going to relax and try to get my life planned out for this semester because I’m still in the clueless first week stage 😂 and then I’m going to the gym tonight!! Starting this semester off on a good, healthy note 😌💪🏼🥗 Happy Tuesday!!!
