1: be active all day! move around, go for a walk, park further away at work, take the stairs •
2: quality over quantity! Most think you need to workout for 45-60 minutes to be fit, not the case at all 15-20 minutes is all you need to stay healthy and be fit •
3: introduce fitness to your kids!
This will teach them the benefits of health and fitness while burning those calories •
