Стратегию тренировок и питания можно описать так: любой тип тренинга работает, важно лишь тренироваться с умом и посещать тренажёрный зал 2–3 раза в неделю (от 60 до 90 минут). В питании следует придерживаться общих принципов набора мышечной массы и выдерживать уровень потребления белка 2–2.5 грамма на килограмм веса. Кардионагрузки — умеренные (30–45 минут), с определенной периодичностью. Нутриенты: белки — 30–40%, углеводы — 40–50%, жиры — 10–20%. Эндоморф Это самый распространенный соматотип которым обладают большинство мужчин. Он характеризуется склонностью к полноте (быстрому набору жировой массы), медленным обменом веществ и бочкообразной формой тела. Стратегию тренировок и питания можно описать так: работа с многосуставными, базовыми упражнениями с большим (от 10) количеством повторений, повышенное потребление воды (от 1.5 литров за тренировку), высокобелковое питание с умеренным содержанием углеводов. First time squats have felt good for me in over a month 😭 I haven’t gone above 200 in weeks and stopped lowbar all together bc of shoulder stuff. Supplementing with highbar and front squats has made me realize how much farther I have to travel to hit depth for lowbar 😂 feels like it takes forever. Anyway, I’m ready to get back on track for a big pr 😈
