Workout: ⏺️Squat jumps into squat clean ⏺️RDL into bent over rows
⏺️Reverse lunge into bicep curl into squat
⏺️KB flow into bicep curl
⏺️Mountain climbers (use gliders if you can, and a roller)
⏺️Barbell rollout ( I used a row machine instead )
Do 5 reps of each ( 10 for dips, and 30 for mountain climbers ) then take a 2 minute break then do the entire circuit again. Do 5 to 6 sets.

“I can’t do it”
That’s literally what I told myself minutes before I did this 👆🏻 When the little voice inside my head says “I can’t”, I do whatever I can to prove it wrong.
So I took the box and flipped it to the 30 inch mark and worked on how to jump it. I failed probably the first 5-6 attempts, but that didn’t stop me. I knew that if I kept trying, I’d get there.
Then BOOM 💥 it all came together and I turned my “can’t” into “can”! How many times have you told yourself, “I can’t”? The only thing those two words do are hold you back.
Take that leap of faith.
Prove yourself wrong
Keep reaching for those goals that aren’t yet attainable.
It’s better to say you’re trying, than giving up entirely!
Turn those can’ts into cans!
