Olive and black Slobber Knockers. It's practically cheating.
No better way to spend a fall afternoon. Had a blast getting out on the water with @kelseyferrenburg
with a nice bass caught on the blanco river.
Nothing is more fun than catching fish on flies that not only look cool, but are also extremely effective. Our Meaty Game Changers check both those boxes.
It's been way too long since I've held a fish myself. Finally caught up with orders and got a solid reward.
I can’t wait to get out and rip some lips this weekend!! 🙏🏼🎣
Nexus Rods still doing work even after the Summer Fluke season! Congrats to the angler for catching this 12 lb female blackfish with the 7' Spinning [JW-NX701S-MH] on a jig! Shout out to Capt. Kris Black of @fish_stix_charters_nj
for his continued support of our line of rods aboard his charters. 👊👊👊
Love that lush stuff 🌿, blending in minus those “Mac-n-cheese yellow” trunks - need more autumn!🍂
“Everybody needs beauty as well as bread, places to play in and pray in, where nature may heal and give strength to body and soul.”
- John Muir. It is sometimes the simple things in life I find interesting like this little yellow spot on a native Cutthroat that only lives in this drainage. The uniqueness of each fish is why I’m always going back for more. We all need a place to recharge and this is mine. #findyourwater
Furburgers got a really cool makeover! This pattern is now more effective than ever! Make sure your box is stocked with these bad boys!
Fishing solves many problems.
Potential for some snow on the Salmon River this weekend for our dudes trip. My packing list consists of one thing, Whiskey...oh and my 8wt. 📷 @lostriverdrifter
Thinking about those hot summer days on the river, good buddies, good paddlin’ & ugly squawfish! #tbt
and I caught tons of grass last night 🤣 Thanks for the rad picture my brother!!
👁️ STAREDOWN 👁️
I had the privilege of chasing these awesome fish 2 years ago today.
I decided on this trip to #Antigua
might be the most perfect fish for a fly rod.
These juveniles had BLAZING closing speed, aggressive eats, incredible strength, awesome acrobatics when you hook them, and you get to sight cast to them in a beautiful place.
If you HAD to choose, what’s your favorite fish to chase with a fly rod?

Still crushing on this brown beauty. Awesome pic by @markierausch
Internal lined and almost ready for that first cast!
