One of the reasons I got into skin care many moons ago is because I struggled with my skin as a teenager. I know the frustration of unbalanced skin ( i .e. Breakouts,clogged pores) and now as an adult I can still deal with those same issues from time to time.
Thankfully I love to research and try new things. 🤓
What you eat, the environment you are exposed to (heat,cold,pollution and toxins) the amount of water you drink and the stress you are under ALL play a part.
So what you eat and the supplements (they are not all created equal) you are taking can be a huge factor in how your skin behaves.
Eating a “healthy” diet isn’t enough these days. Your skin needs Whole Foods, vitamins and minerals but we don’t get all that we need from the foods we eat anymore. There are many factors why but mineral depletion in our soil is a big one. And the fact that most of us eat processed foods and convenient foods is playing havoc on our skin.
So in my research and experiments on my own skin I found the following to make a huge difference for me. Possibly these things will help you as well.
1. Avoid dairy-including yogurt
2. Avoid wheat/gluten
3. Minimal wine intake (not avoiding 😂)
4. Morning shot of ACV
5. Evening Dandelion Root Tea
6.Daily dose of liquid collagen 🙌🏻
7. Green tea energy drink-4pm 😆
8. Whole food supplement with liposome delivery for absorption
10. Detox supplement in the evening
