I've been wanting to do 80 minutes on the stair steppers for about 4 days now. The last 2 days I've tried to reach that goal, and it just felt so impossible. Everytime I reached about 60-65 min I became weak (yes, mentally and physically). I started was cramping up and my feet were on fire (I suffer from neurophy). Each time I tried I was mad at myself for giving up so easily.
Today, I woke up even more mad because I've set a goal, but I keep stopping myself from reaching it. Just why? I read a few articles from @bodybuildingcom
about peoples struggles and challenges throughout their journey. I went to YouTube and searched a few "Motivation videos, and even checked out some fitness hashtags to help prepare me mentally for today. Well, here I am 80 minutes and one gallon later. I walked into @totalflexgym
today with this one goal, and I stepped it out.
I want to remind people who struggle everyday mentally and/or physically that you are not the only one struggling. Idgaf what no one says, some of the top Instagram models and fitness gurus struggle everyday. The richest person even struggles. There are times they feel like things are impossible, but guess what. Someone who wants it bad enough will do whatever it takes to reach a goal. It's all about fighting! We're all at war fighting for something, but at different rates and ways. Keep fighting and keep smashing your goals. I got your back!
