How about if I told you that non of that matters?

What if I told you that you are far more than who you have presently become?
You do are lovely, you are so much more it's not even conceivable to our mind!
You are undeniable, indescribable, mind blowing potential to become more than you could ever possibly imagine.
You can become that woman you dream of becoming and then so much more than that!

When it's that time of month I get super sassy for no reason, I'm so tired I can't concentrate, and I tend to be super critical on my appearance and body BUT it's important to not let your period turn you into a monster! After all, it means you're healthy right?! --- Try to get a workout in or something to KEEP MOVING! (yoga, stretching, Pilates, walking) It doesn't have to be crazy. GET OUTSIDE! Go to your favorite place, take a walk with friends, walk your dog, sit under a tree or go hug one. This will give you energy, sir, and connection. Try your best to stick to your REGULAR DIET. Don't make your period an excuse to eat poorly and make your stomach and body feel worse. Allow yourself a little extra SLEEP here and there, your body mostly likely needs it! Embrace yourself and your beautiful strong female body, and take the time to do something that will make mind happy! #ladies #periodproblems #proudwoman #happiness

Ocean is my favourite nature.
I often go to the pier in Wu Kai Sha to just sit and watch the waves.
That day the sun was beaming.
I quickly noticed the light dancing on water,
then when I looked carefully, I also saw the little bubbles dancing along too.
The shapes of the waves began to match with the bubbles.
Like they were synchronising to play a piece of music together.
Often we talk about the big things that happened around us,
E.g. your friend is engaged, or you are pregnant,
or you were stuck in traffic a long time, or the client was complaining about you etc,
Rarely do we remember the little good things that also happened,
E.g. your parents made you dinner, your dog brought you slippers when you’re home, your friend called while you were thinking of her etc.
Do you remember them? Or do they get shoved to the back of your brain?
