I eat the same thing for breakfast every day.
I don’t get bored of it because I choose a breakfast that I love, that I’m excited to wake up and eat.
I start with the staples:
🍳 1/2 cup egg whites (protein)
🥞 50g GF @kodiakcakes
Then I mix it up each week depending on what I bought and what I’m feelin’. This week it was:
🍓Frozen berries in my pancake
🥧 Pumpkin Pie Spice in the batter
🥜 Almond butter on top 🌶 Peppers in my eggs ☕️ Collagen & pink salt in my coffee
So why does this help people stay on track?
It’s one less choice to make. One less meal to plan for. You already know it. You know the measurements. You know you’ll like it. And you can copy from “yesterday’s breakfast” in My Fitness Pal saving you time and energy if you’re tracking macros.
Change up the mix-ins weekly. This keeps things interesting.
This leaves me room to have different things for dinner, but 1/3 of the day, every day, is taken care of.
Find what you like. Make sure it’s balanced and has some micronutrients (fruits and veggies for the win!). Fiber is a good bonus. Make it a staple meal in your day. Repeat.

Last night’s magic hour sunset from the deck ✨ No filter needed. The colours bounced off the metal roof and white deck beautifully. I was in awe.
