The first part of this word means “Entirely” the second, means “Contentment” Some say, the idea of being content, is not an action of “to be content” rather, looking at it from the perspective, that the action is to make room for “contentment to be” in one’s life. -
The past two months, I have been praying on clarity, looking for signs, planting seeds in my sits in meditation. I find myself sighing deep, as I look around for the answers. It was odd to me that since that savasana, those words, that idea, continued to circulate within my brain. I wasn’t making room for clarity. My mind and body have felt heavy. I thought my practice had suffered. But I see now, that it was simply telling me what I was looking for. -

Instead of seeking, make room. -
It’s really simple actually, we see it every time we clean our closet out. Some how, we have so much shit to get rid of. -

Until recently feeling like this would have led me to not bother and "rest" for another day... what a bullsh*t mentality I used to have 🙈🙈🙈

Uma prática da pseudociência que vem respingando em atletas é a restrição/corte de Carboidratos para melhor composição corporal e aumento do desempenho já que o carboidrato poderia interferir nas sinalizações para adaptação ao exercício . .
Essa hipótese na literatura não só é limitada e inconsistente em provar melhora do desempenho como está ligada a imunodepressão e consequentemente MENOR rendimento. .
Isso se deve já que a atividade física gera inflamações, stress oxidativo e aumento do cortisol, enquanto o carboidrato atenua essas respostas se tornando um importante imunomodulador. .
Um estudo feito com ciclistas demonstrou que o consumo de uma simples BANANA🍌 (0.6g cho/kg/h ) atenuou respostas inflamatórias como: -23% leucócitos imediatamente após o exercício -56% IL-10 imediatamente após o exercício -28% cortisol sérico 1.5h após o exercício
Essa resposta é extremamente importante para a imunocompetência e recuperação.💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿 Apesar desse resumo ser voltado para quem busca desempenho, quem faz dessas práticas para estética devem ficar atentos também, já que a restrição calórica mal feita e aumento da atividade física visando emagrecimento gera essas mesmas respostas inflamatórias. Super comum ver o adepto da dieta do blogueiro ter herpes, garganta inflamada, infecções do trato respiratório, etc ...🤒🤒🤒 .
