HOW TO USE A CALORIE COUNTER , THE SMART WAY The dumbest thing (Ok, not the DUMBEST) people do when losing weight is "TURNING INTO into a NUMBER FREAK!" Donโ€™t get super fixated on numbers for your entire life. As it is not practical in real life to keep measuring every plate you eat in. It is just to help you clean up your diet and give you an IDEA (estimate) of how much you should be eating. What I recommend is that you plug in EVERYTHING you eat for 2 days only. Eat whatever you eat normally (do not eat less or more) and just plugin the items and the quantity. (You will be blown away by the number of calories of so many items your considered โ€˜healthyโ€™) To start, I recommend reducing the daily Calories you are consuming by 300 only! Now go through all the food you have plugged in and eliminate whatever you can live without eating, until you decrease the amount of calories by 300. This way you would know what items were the ones that got in sneakily in your diet and have made you fat ! Stop eating those items, immediately. After a rough couple days, Iโ€™m back with an immunity boosting green smoothie bowl.
