Et je suis pile dans l’actualité avec le dernier livre de Michel Houellebecq 😂 .

C’est la conclusion d’une étude de 2017 qui a démontré la relation entre la santé des intestins et la dépression.
Les chercheurs ont analysé 44 adultes avec le syndrome du côlon irritable et présentant des symptômes d’anxiété modérée ou de dépression.
La moitié du groupe a pris un probiotique spécifique. L’autre, un placébo.
Après 6 semaines, le groupe probiotique a vu 64% de ses membres avec une diminution des symptômes de dépression…
Et chez le groupe placebo, seulement 32%.

! first of all, I actually baked those freaking banana nut muffins and I am such a terrible baker that I'm super stoked how it came out. second, I made my own glazes/sauces!!! third, my boyfriend needs to wife me up asap I think I'm doing pretty well.

bc she's queen and she works out my core and my legs like no other. I'm pretty glad that despite the hiccup of overeating this weekend, I still managed to get back on track today 🙌🙌 I'm really proud of myself and I'm really glad that things just feel so much better for me... over a month into meds for depression and anxiety and things are looking pretty darn good.

Forgive. We all tend to hold so much anger in our heart, against ourself and others. Why not try and let go of things you cannot change anyway. Holding grudges most likely affects only yourself and not the other person. Spiteful behaviour only reflects on yourself, not on others. So why hold onto it?! Let it go. Nobody is perfect. : Day 16 - Evening Run 🏃🏻♂️ ♥️ I finished today strong with a fairly easy-going run. With going back to work recently I had taken today off to allow myself and my body to recover so have not done a huge amount by my high standards. It’s important to rest when you need to, but I also know what is good for my mind... and what is good for my mind is to finish the day with a short run. I prefer to run either early in the morning or later in the evening because these are the times of day when I struggle the most mentally. Running is a form of therapy for me.. it allows me to unwind, let go, and burn off any negative energy. I always feel so much better after a run - even the shorter ones.
Today my mind completely drifted off and has inspired me to write something this evening. It’s amazing how your mind can drift off in to the strangest places. Running/Exercise can do that - it can inspire creativity and deeper thinking as well as being a good distraction from the stresses of day-to-day life! I am now going to start work on writing.. I have to be honest I’m a little bit apprehensive about this one but I’m going to do it anyway! 📝
