Lunch was Turkey and butternut squash 🍔burger, leftovers from Friday night, reheated and added to a Warburton’s thin with extra hot chilli sauce, iceberg lettuce and tomato 3SP. With a packet of WW sour cream and chive lentil chips 2SP. Total 5SP. I’ve finally found the best way to get into a packet of WW crisps, tear a small a slit downwards in the top first then open as normal. E antes do Yoga... ZOATS! 😋🥣 Zoats nada mais é que mingau feito com abobrinha ralada junto com a aveia (zucchini= abobrinha, oat= aveia). Além de aumentar o volume do mingau (amamos volumão 😆) aumenta o aporte de micronutrientes sem aumentar significativamente os macros, pois quase nada é mais leve que abobrinha, né!? 😬 Ahh... sem falar que é um ótimo meio de aumentar também o consumo de fibras!! : A base desse Zoats que eu fiz é igual a do meu mingau que vcs ja conhecem (aveia, purê de abóbora, claras) apenas acrescento a abobrinha! O modo de fazer também não muda! Hey friends! Let’s talk for one second about anxiety. I always preach happiness and relaxation, but sometimes it’s impossible not to let anxiety get me down 🤷🏻‍♀️ And sometimes it comes out of nowhere! This weekend I had things planned back to back and I realized I was stressing all the little things when I shouldn’t have. It totally got me in the worst mood and I hate the way I was acting. So, just a tip that helps me, even when you have a million things happening, carve out just a little time for yourself. Read a book, eat a good meal, or (in my case) take a yoga class! I woke up a little earlier and took an hour to give myself a little self care 🤗 And that’s exactly what I needed because I’m feeling so much more like myself now. I’d love to know what you guys do to help when you’re feeling overwhelmed, I’m always looking for new things. Now for my breakfast 👆🏼 I had a big yogurt bowl topped with opal apple, @purely_elizabeth granola, @wild_friends almond butter, frozen berries, and one chocolate @soozysmuffins. GRÃOMELETE DE GRÃO DE BICO ✨Sem glúten ✨Sem farinha (100% grão de bico) ✨Poucos ingredientes ✨Proteico ✨Rende 4 unidades pequenas e gordinhas ✨Ficam super fofinhos! . INGREDIENTES: - 1 xícara de grão de bico demolhado* - 1 xícara de água - Sal e pimenta do reino a gosto *essa medida é com o grão de bico já hidratado por, pelo menos, 8 horas . MODO DE PREPARO: - Escorra e lave bem os grãos e bata no liquidificador com os demais ingredientes por 3-4 minutos - Despeje um pouco da massa numa frigideira antiaderente com um pouco de azeite e deixe dourar (em fogo médio). A massa desse grãomelete fica super macia, então eu recomendo uma frigideira bem pequena. Quanto menor a frigideira, mais fácil será de virar e menos chance de quebrar. Aqui faço numa frigideira de uns 10cm de diâmetro. - O ponto negativo dessa receita é a demora no fogo. Eu sempre faço outra coisa enquanto faço ela, senão fico entediada hahaha então recomendo ter paciência. Se você tentar virar antes de dourar bem embaixo, é possível que grude ou quebre. Espere soltar sozinho, e vire para dourar do outro lado. - Repita o processo até acabar a massa. - Coma com hummus, patês, geleia, ou o que sua imaginação mandar. - Eu como uma por vez (enche bastante) e congelo as demais. Na hora de comer, descongelo na frigideira.

These new praline magnums are just luuuush! 🤤🤤🤤 - 🔸️Cake and fruit = balance🔸️ - So this is something I think a lot of people do and it's definitely something I've heard a good few times at the dinner buffet in the hotel. Something along the lines of "I'll have the cake but I've got fruit too so it's ok" - Let's just get something straight here. You can have the cake anyway and it'll be ok, it doesn't only become ok because it's 'balanced' out with fruit. - Cake and whatever other fun foods do NOT need to be justified or cancelled out. - When you do this you're demonising them and when you live your life with this mentality you could end up getting into some bad habits or have them rub off onto someone else. That's a slippery slope you don't need to be on. - Yes it's good to be mindful of what you're eating for sure but this is not the way to do it. - I totally used to be this person, after I realised maintaining around 9st wasn't sustainable if I wanted to go back to eating food properly, I started doing a lot of cardio and would say to myself that: if you do x amount of cardio at the gym and eat twice as much fruit first, if you still want a treat after, then you can have it. - It was so draining to have to earn a treat that I would get to the "oh fuck it" point a lot and just have it, then the guilt would start and I'd feel like I'd have to eat less to 'balance it out or do more at the gym. - Fucking hell just save yourself the torture and just have the cake if you want it. What's realistically going to happen? Not a lot.
