“How beautiful and vibrant is Brockwell Passage in Herne Hill? I always make sure I have a wander down it when I pass by and it’s great to have part of Herne Hill market there on Sundays too. Did you know this passage used to be a hotspot for commercial waste and antisocial behaviour before @thehernehillforum led a project to clean it up and paint a mural? The mural was painted by local artist @victor_szepessy and students from St Jude’s Primary School. The lanterns give it that extra sparkle and look lovely when they’re lit.”

Last week's Post Office role play area was lots of fun, but this week the Flower Shop role play is open!! Apple Tree offers Soft Play, an activity table focusing on motor & language skills, an ever changing role play area, baby sensory and more!
The body will always try to reach a position of homeostasis, which can result in muscular imbalances. An anterior tilt can be a result of poor posture, and over time them a muscles become used to their new "positions". Massage and myofascial release can help restore normal function.

I am currently looking for people to participate in a study that I am undertaking as part of my dissertation for my BTEC Level 6 Sports Diploma.
Potential outcomes may be:
Increase speed over 100m freestyle.
Improve freestyle technique
Increase Range Of Motion
The study will be carried out over a 12 week period. It will involve being timed, swimming 100m freestyle once a week and also receiving a 50 min Myofascial Release session in weeks 7-12 before being timed again swimming 100m.
A 50% discount will be applied to the 6 Myofascial Release sessions.

Long, lovely afternoon at The Half Moon last night. We had The Snug, a private room that feels Dickensian 🎩. Nice atmosphere, good wine but seriously average pub food. Hong Kong foodie @mates_plates_hk is back for one week only, so there is a lot more hanging out to come.
