Keto Dogs 🔥 --- 📹 Via (https://www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/a21969649/keto-dogs-recipe/) --- INGREDIENTS (6 SERVINGS) 2 c. shredded mozzarella 4 oz. cream cheese 2 large eggs, beaten 2 1/2 c. almond flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. kosher salt 8 hot dogs 4 tbsp. butter, melted 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley Mustard, for serving. --- DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 400° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt together mozzarella and cream cheese.  2. Add eggs and stir to combine then add almond flour, baking powder, and salt.  3. Divide dough into 8 balls then shape each ball into long ropes.  4. Wrap a rope around each hot dog.  5. In a small bowl whisk together butter, garlic powder, and parsley.  6. Brush garlic butter over each hot dog then bake until golden, 1o-15 minutes.  7. It’s the most wonderful (crazy) time of the year! Giving your body a break between meals allows you to tap into fat stores and start making ketones • If you have trouble getting off snacks cold turkey, eat a snack that is mostly fat. Avoid snacking on fruit, carrot sticks, crackers, yogurt, pretzels, or any other high carb foods. Avocados, olives, coconut butter, bulletproof coffee, coconut milk, and fat bombs make excellent snacks for keto • My favorite and most simple fat bomb recipe: 1 bar 100% baking cocoa🍫 2 (or more) TBSP coconut butter🥥 NuNaturals Stevia to taste Melt the chocolate and coconut butter on very low heat or in a double boiler. Once melted, add stevia and stir. Start with one dropper-full, then taste. Add more to satisfy your sweet tooth. Add more coconut butter to make it less dark/bitter. Pour the mixture into silicone molds, ice cube trays, or into a glass storage container. Place in freezer for about 30 min, or until firm. Enjoy a piece anytime you need a snack, or want dessert! • In the first pic, you’ll see my version. Одна из моих самых любимых вкусностей после масляного крема (просто обожаю его!) это лимонный курд, который не только сумасшедше вкусный, но и вполне вписывается в рамки low-carb при условии изменения всего одного ингредиента! Лимонным кремом можно украсить десерт или меренгу, или просто, как я, уплетать ложкой. Итак, что нам потребуется: Ингредиенты: ▪️100 мл. свежевыжатого сока лимона (1-2 лимона); ▪️1 ч.л. лимонной цедры; ▪️3 яичных желтка; ▪️50 гр. сливочного масла; ▪️60 гр. эритирола или ксилита (а я брала сукрин-сироп); ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Приготовление: 1. В сотейнике или кастрюльке с толстым дном смешиваем лимонный сок и цедру, эритрит (или другой подсластитель) и желтки; 2. Сразу (!) перемешиваем все ингредиенты до однородности (лучше венчиком) и ставим сотейник на средний (!) огонь. 3. Постоянно помешиваем будущий крем, со временем он начнет густеть (процесс займет несколько минут), после этого понижаем температуру плиты до медленного (!) огня и продолжаем помешивать пока весь крем не загустеет (это займет минут 10); 4. Теперь снимаем крем с огня, и процеживаем через мелкое ситичеко, чтобы придать крему гадкую текстуру, убрав из него цедру и комочки; 5. На финальном этапе добавляем в крем нарезанное мелкими кубиками (так быстрее растворится) сливочное масло и сново тщательно перемешиваем все; 6. Теперь крем готов, его можно перелить в баночку (лучше с крышкой или под пленку) и поставить в холодильник. Теоретически крем может храниться так около месяца, но практически - нет потому-что всегда съедается раньше 🙂

Ингредиенты: ⚫морепродукты консервированные - 250 г ⚫лук репчатый – 50 г ⚫масло сливочное – 1 ст.л г ⚫сливки жирные – 100 мл ⚫сыр твердых сортов – 50 г ⚫соль, перец – по вкусу . Морепродукты обсушить бумажными полотенцами. Нарезать кусочками произвольной формы. Лук репчатый нарезать кубиками. Распустить сливочное масло в сковороде. Обжарить лук до золотистого цвета. Добавить подготовленные морепродукты и прогреть вместе в течение 3-5 минут. . Влить в сковороду жирные сливки и уварить до обволакивающей консистенции. Посолить и поперчить – по вкусу. . Смазать кокотницы сливочным маслом. Заполнить на 2/3 подготовленной начинкой. Сверху посыпать тертым сыром. . Запекать в разогретой духовке до образования золотистой корочки. . Приятного аппетита!😋 . It's so unusual for Liam to wake up before me that when I woke up this morning and realised he wasn't in bed I naturally assumed he had fell down the toilet and died, an assumption not helped by an almighty bang from my kitchen.
