Coconut Keto Friendly Cookie I have made for a few friends over holiday season. If you want low carb, high fat, high protein, high fat biscuits that fill you up. Here is the recipe. Let me know what you think ? Happy Thursday, Jenny @deliciouslyhealthysweets
1 full cup of Coconut Flour (about 150g)
Maca powder 6g
Vanilla Sugar 30g
Psyllium Husk 20g
Flaxseeds grounded 20g
Cinnamon 2 tsp
Coconut oil 200ml
▫Mix well all dry ingredients well.
▫Combine wet ingredients. ▫Combine the dry and wet mixtures. Stir well until it creates a doughy texture.
▫Scoop up a piece of dough at a time, roll it into ball, flatten it up and place it onto a baking paper. ▫Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 200°C.
