I felt like making something healthy but still tasty after today's snow day. I settled on spiralised sweet potato noodles using my @magimixuk spiral expert. I cut up some butternut squash cooked it with some chilli, garlic, lemon, mushrooms and spinach. Then threw in some toasted pine nuts. Lastly I added a little ricotta. It was really delicious and only around 350 calories. Who says you can't eat good food and still have low calorie food. It was a winning dinner that I'm sure I will make again in the future. Emotional Eater Over Here 🤚🏻 Today was Day 3. Back on track however, over the last number of months I have been averaging on 5-6hours sleep a night, driving 500-600miles a week, and juggling all the wonderful things in life to have Balance ❤️ which on the most part I’m succeeding at... however this morning I left the house at 6.10am to start my drive with my lunch packed for work, protein shake for the drive, poached eggs and beans for breakfast, high protein salad for lunch and I new what I would have for dinner when I got home.. it all was within my macros 👌🏻all until I sat down in the staff room tired and decided to have 4 biscuits with my tea, then got into my car to drive home wrecked and stopped for a coffee + a muffin+ a pack of crisps (nether of which I enjoyed) all because I was tired, stressed, hormonal and emotional... I had planned to come home play with my baba, have story time and bed time and then go to the gym... but I put on my jammies and instead of the gym I went and prepped the food in this picture... my food for the next two days, also I will add in the eggs and beans when I get to work and have left over a few cals for 1-2 biccys if I really want them... I aiming to be asleep in the next 15MINS which will leave me with approx 6.5hours sleep 😴 Is anyone else an emotional/ tired eater ? Day 30 #carnivore and #bingefree today. I can feel a cloud lifting off me. I’ve particularly noticed good things in terms of my mood since giving up coffee. Just another plant I didn’t need! I must admit when I first tried carnivore last year my mood was improved dramatically, but I was actually also coffee-free at the time. This time around I was worried that it had just been a placebo effect, but perhaps coffee was really messing up my gut? Something also kind of incredible is that I’ve noticed OTHER PEOPLE interacting with me differently! It’s like maybe I appear less stressed or clammed up? Maybe my face doesn’t look so tortured and puffy? My aura is now purple? Lol. It almost feels a bit surreal, I feel like maybe I’m being reintegrated into society lol (FYI, I have a very social full-time job, but I feel like it’s just a role I play). The second and third photos are 24 days carnivore vs 30 days (same undies lol!). It’s subtle but I can see a difference in my stomach in particular. I’m used to dropping weight quickly (only to bounce back with a binge) so it’s been a really nice, subtle way to lose fat. I feel like I’m building a body as much as I’m losing fat. Last night on the phone to my mum she randomly said “I’m REALLY worried about you eating only meat.” Really? Why? Because you have been brainwashed? Because you have no idea that this is the first time in a decade your daughter hasn’t been tortured by an out of control food addiction? “I’m fine,” I said back. “I feel really good, I’m very healthy.” Don’t let anyone tell you it’s wrong to eat this way (even if they mean well), only you know what’s right for you. #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #weightlossjourney #beforeandafter

Here is what we came up with: 1 cup oats 2 cups Shaklee Instant Soy Protein 2 TBSP Cocoa Powder 1/3 C peanuts 1/3 C chocolate chips (optional) Mix these dry ingredients together. Then combine the following in a separate bowl. 1/4 maple syrup 1/2 cup PB 2/3 cup date paste 1/4 cup coconut oil 1 banana 1/2 cup water Mix! Then combine wet and dry ingredients together and form into a ball and squash. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate. Enjoy! I haven’t had pancakes in forever and these were so good! I always wondered why instagramers would put almond butter on their pancakes but now I know why! It was a game changer! 🤤 I had leftover Pumpkin flavored @kodiakpancakes and added some extra ingredients to make them taste brighter and more springtime flavored. Check out the recipe below! . . I used 1cup @kodiakpancakes , 1 cup @simpletruth unsweetened almond milk. For flavor, I added 1 tsp @penzeys Vietnamese cinnamon, 1 tsp almond extract, 2 tsp lemon juice, and added blueberries. After they were cooked, I melted 1tbsp @barneys crunchy almond butter and drizzled it on top. This recipe made enough pancakes for 2 people. . . I love that these pancakes have whey protein in them, which adds extra protein to keep you full for longer. I ALWAYS aim to have a high protein breakfast so I’m not ravenous a couple hours later. I will definitely be making more pancake recipes in the future! These would also be bomb as muffins with some almond butter slathered on them in the morning! Day 17: Lunch was awesome, I had leftover chicken teriyaki stir fry, cucumbers and carrots with ranch, and peppered turkey breast with mozzarella cheese!
