😂). However, I managed to train consistently throughout hoping the extra cals would give me those all essential winter gains 💪🍑. .
Now it’s almost summer and our first holiday is in looming I’ve been trying to slim down a little. I’ve been cutting on reduced calories and slightly increased cardio (I don’t actually do that much) since late February and only just started to see and feel a difference. Definition in my mid section has started to finally come through again and I’m feeling a whole lot better in myself. I wanted to do a healthy gradual cut so no fad diets just yummy healthy veggie/vegan eating 🌱 with one treat day a week (I couldn’t live without my treat days!)
I’ve also been more conscious of what I’m eating and slowly transitioning from veggie to vegan 🌱. That includes what I put on my body such as moisturisers, shampoos and makeup. I’ve found so many new and exciting vegan ranges so far! But if anyone has any tried and tested vegan skin care or make up products they would recommend please get in touch 🙏🌱 xx
