Losing weight is quite simple.
I'm not saying it's easy but it's very simple.
You just need to consume less calories than your total daily energy expenditure(TDEE)
If you have no idea what your TDEE you can find it online.
It's not going to be 100% accurate but it's a great starting point.
One common misconception is that you have to start exercising like crazy to lose weight.
If your diet sucks and you start working out without fixing your diet you will be fighting an uphill battle(trust me I'm speaking from experience).
The biggest problem that is that everyone wants it now.
This shit takes time.
If you are being super rigid and give up at first misstake or obstacle you need to fix your mindset.
Just find a path that suits your lifestyle but also let's you progress towards your goals.
Enjoy the process, make habits that last a lifetime!
Cardio is great but if you don't enjoy it there's no reason to do it.
However I do recommend lifting weights.
Since it will improve your body composition.
Which will increase your metabolism meaning you can lose weight on a higher amount of calories.
You also get sexy af! 💪
Like I said before this shouldn't be to complicated. Don't delude yourself into thinking you have to remove carbs or go multiple days without eating to lose weight.
All you need is a caloric deficit that you can stick to.
One of my recommendadtions is that if you can't se yourself sticking to your plan for a year.
You should probably change it.

✔ 1 xícara de chá de leite magro;
✔ 1 colher de sobremesa de adoçante natural - frutose ou stévia;
✔ 1 ovo inteiro;
✔ 2 claras;
✔ 4 fatias de pão integral ou centeio;
✔ 1 colher de sopa de leite em pó magro;
✔ 1 colher de chá de canela em pó.
Modo de preparo
1 Num prato fundo misture a chávena de leite magro com 1 colher de sobremesa de adoçante. Em outro prato coloque os ovos e as claras. Bata bem as claras com os ovos.
2 Passe as fatias de pão integral no Leite e depois nos ovos. Coloque numa frigideira antiaderente e deixe dourar dos dois lados.

👨🏼🔬As some of you know, over the last 6 weeks I conducted a sort of experiment
🙅🏼♂️I stopped lifting weights (I was squatting 350+, deadlifting close st to 500 on the regs) completely cold turkey, and only worked out with resistance bands
💪🏻The point of the experiment was to see if I could maintain, or possibly even gain muscle, while not weight training at all.
👋🏻Gaining muscle was sort of out of the quesion, as I was losing weight. So the goal was to reduce my body fat %, but keep as much strength as possible
🧐What you are looking at is a DEXA body fat scan. Basically, I sat in a giant microwave and let it cook me for 10 minutes to scan my whole body and figure out how much of my total weight is fat vs muscle and bone
🌶6 weeks ago, I was 183 lb with a 16.4% BF
😲Today, I weighed in at 177, with 16% BF
🤷🏼♂️That means over the course of this experiment, I lost 6lb, and .5% BF
✍🏻With that lost weight and fat though, I have come back this week to test my strength again.
🏋🏼♂️My lifts were all very near to exactly where they were 6 weeks ago (95% of my 1RMs)
👌🏻That is without lifting a single weight the entire time. Didnt bench, squat, or dead for 6 weeks, came back and hit 275, 345, and 465 respectively with no practice day 1.
I’m not trying to brag. There are many people much stronger than me, those aren’t especially impressive numbers.
🦑However maintaining my strength, but weighing 6lb less, and not lifting for 6 weeks. Anyone who knows about this stuff will tell you, that’s pretty crazy.
📁I will be writing up and in depth article for my blog about this whole experience, as well as the thoughts I have about what this may mean for training clients and myself in the future.
🗳I am also putting the finishing touches on an all band program, so anyone who wants to make awesome strength gains without heavy equipment or access to a full gym will be able to get the most out of minimum space and equipment with just a band setup.
