Just pondering at how far I've come. I've been getting so many messages lately asking about my business and how i got here. I will tell you one thing, I cannot fucking believe where I am and I honestly tear up just thinking about what I've achieved so far. Who would have thought i would be teaching women about their periods. I have so much further to go in my business. You guys are my family and I cannot thank you enough for all your constant support. If it wasn't for you to couldn't be doing what i do. ⠀ ⠀ Whilst I'm blown away with everything at the moment, I'll let you in on a little secret. Below is my dream life and I know i'll get there because for some reason i can FEEL it. It's this weird feeling where it's right in front of me just hanging there and It's like i already have it, it's just waiting for the right time and for me to grow a little bit more....⠀ ⠀ I live in NYC or LA (probs between the two). I have a bangin' husband (come sweep me off my feet pls hahah) & kids. I have a team working in my business. The office is this sexy converted warehouse, everyone can bring their dogs to work, have a long lunch break and if people work on the weekends they get pay taken out of their salary (i want people to switch off). I'm in an epic loft apartment in downtown Manhattan. I'm talking at schools, educating those part of #periodpoverty , talking for hundreds of women, on TV, in magazines and on the radio sharing everything to do with periods. I work somedays in my trackies and ugg boots (like today) and other days in my #girlboss suits (like yesterday). I travel, teach and am constantly inspiring women to love the shit out of their cycle⠀ ⠀ Anyway, last night and this week actually has just been fucking incredible and I am so fucking proud of myself. New clients, events, my first online period program that I'm so damn proud of, and people contacting me for more gigs. I literally do cry thinking about the work that I get to do. ⠀ ⠀ Thank you again @sporteluxe @allyw_ @biancamaycheah And @juliagiampietro ⠀ You all have no idea how humbled I was to attend last night. I love every single one of you that sees this post. ⠀

Currently working on my quads at the gym! I’m leg-pressing 200kg double leg now but I’m pushing for 300kg hopefully soon! It’s all about the technique and unfortunately moving from 200kg to 300kg while maintaining the right technique is going to take a while 😫 what weight are you lifting at the moment? 🤷🏼‍♀️💪🏼

🥂I truly believe that the whole 'self-love' movement starts in school when fear is put in our minds about our cycle. It's more common to hear stories about how at school girls were so afraid of falling pregnant because we are basically told you can have a bun in the oven by just LOOKIng at a boy. We are told that cramps, bloating and all the PMS is 'normal' and that's 'just being a woman.' 🙅🏼⠀ ⠀ We immediately think that our periods and cycles are the worst thing and ruin our lives. So what do we do? We separate ourselves from them. 😞⠀ ⠀ We go on the pill, or the IUD or something else that just turns the system off. ⠀ ⠀ We think that getting rid of our period is fan-bloody-tastic because who the hell wants to deal with blood coming out of our vaginas! 🤮🤢⠀ ⠀ THIS. THISSSS is where the problem comes from. We shut down our sacred part of our body that is SO IMPORTANT to our health and/or fear every aspect of it. ⠀ ⠀ BUT 🧚🏼♀⠀ ⠀ As soon as you learn about the amazing-ness of her beauty, everything falls back into place. You no longer hate on your body for the extra bit of softness around your belly or thighs, you no longer curse the bloating or occasional cramp. You instead are in pure awe of her. of YOU. 💃🏼😍⠀ ⠀ You work WITH your cycle, instead of against it. You move through each phase with grace and gratitude for the benefits of the change in hormones. The 15C/65F temperatures made me feel so much better, but then the Ohio weather decided to change back to 30C/85F degrees within a day. My brain did not like this at all! 🙈 However, I am glad I could still (somewhat) attend classes; something I would not have been capable of during June and July because of migraine headaches and light sensitivity #positivethoughts ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ 🔙 Last week, I focused on biking as my jogs tend to make me feel worse now for some reason...⠀⠀ MONDAY: 20 mins easy jogging 🏃🏽‍♀️ ⠀⠀ TUESDAY: 20 mins easy / aerobic biking 🚴🏻‍♀️ ⠀⠀ WEDNESDAY: rest day I ☀️⠀⠀ THURSDAY: 20 mins easy / aerobic biking 🚴🏻‍♀️ ⠀⠀ FRIDAY: 20 mins easy jogging 🏃🏽‍♀️⠀⠀ SATURDAY: 10 mins yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ + hiking⠀⠀ SUNDAY: rest day II ☀️⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ 🔜 This week, I want to focus on biking and yoga with some BW squats in the morning. Ochhhh I love peanut butter in my açai (especially @green.cup PB) - and NO it’s not the healthiest 😂 Fun fact: there’s a jar of pb in 75% of Australian homes 😝 There are many different types of pb brands out there, so remember to be careful when choosing the healthy option as some of them are not so good for you! I always buy @mayversfood spreads. They’re healthy, and made with very simple ingredients.. usually made from only peanuts & a pinch of salt.. they hardly contain any added sugars or fats etc so you’re getting the #realdeal
STARTING THE WEEK RIGHT 🥑🍳🍴 How you choose to start each morning will impact your outlook on the rest of the day so try make it positive! As soon as you wake up, stretch, make yourself a tea or coffee and just generally invest in your self care because nothing works unless you do 🤸🏼‍♀️🌟 Normally I love to jump out of bed and either walk/run or go to the gym for a training session which always puts me in a better frame of mind. This morning though the girls and I thought we’d take the opportunity to catch up over coffee and good food 😌 now we’re powering through another day of our master trainer course with only two weeks left! : after a fair few years avoiding social situations due to anxiety and food fears I’m more than happy to make social catch ups a priority for both my mental and social health which is just as important as your physical health 🧘🏽‍♀️💫🌻

I’m back! Sorry to be so MIA this week! School is definitely harder this year, especially with changing to pre-med 📚 so I’ve had never-ending amounts of work! But now that it’s my third week, I’m slowly getting adjusted and finding ways to stay healthy with such a busy schedule-like going to @barrysbootcamp or @soulcycle on my way home from classes and bringing packed lunches/snacks that i know will make me feel good! Today’s lunch in between lots of reading was this delicious, thick smoothie bowl made with frozen 🍌, spinach, @oatly milk, dash of vanilla, @sunwarriortribe vanilla protein, and a few cashews! So so so delicious and so filling! Happy Sunday, everyone!
Loved every bit of yesterday. Physically one of the hardest things I’ve done but I pushed through and its worth the aches I’m going to have today. I got to run over Sydney harbour bridge with one of my best friends on a beautiful day and raised a little money for an incredible charity. Thank you everyone who supported us 💕
When life gives you bananas... make pancakes 🥞👌🏼⠀ Recipe:⠀ - Blend together one banana, 1/2 gluten free oats, 1/2 cup almond milk (add gradually so you can stop if your mixture is runny enough), vanilla and anything else you’d like!⠀ - Pour the mixture into a heated pan (should make 3 medium-sized pancakes), wait till bubbles show and flip.⠀ - Cook until browned on the underside and enjoy! ❤️
