Yesterday’s workout started with a ponytail and then I kicked so much ass it ended up in a messy sweaty bun. Thank goodness for dry shampoo lol. Best workout I’d had in a while because I just let myself enjoy it instead of placing an immense amount of pressure on myself (which I have a tendency to do lol)
It’s tough when you get to this point in prep because every workout counts and feels tougher and it’s so easy to get wrapped up in the intensity and pressure behind stepping on stage. So very thankful that my coaches instructions to me yesterday was to hit a full body workout and “just have fun with it” it didn’t mean go easy and I didn’t by any means, but it was a wake up call to take a freaking breath and relax and remember at the end of the day I’m doing this because I absolutely love it. #4daysout
