I've got Swiss buttercream on my entremet cake, so your Duncan Hines is irrelevant.
But anyway, I was inspired to bake this weekend and I'm pretty proud of this. It's a geniose sponge with a bluberry, blackberry, raspberry syrup, berry Bavarian and two layers of berry gelee. If you count the syrup as a layer there are 25👩🏼🍳
