Just because something didn't work out the first time does not mean that it is not meant to be, it might not have been the right time then.
It has taken lots of mistakes and several different avenues for me to have found the business that I have now and to feel really confident in my purpose.
I look back on everything with a huge sense of gratitude, every twist and turn teaches you something new about yourself and makes you the person that you are now.
Don't dismiss an opportunity just because of a decision you once made - the time is different now! #secondchance#lookagain#changeisgood
I had the unique pleasure of seeing @rpartheniou "cup and ball" exhibit last night. We had a blast working on this project and we're amazed at how it turned out. What do you see at first glance, thousands of stacked cups and a wall of prizes? Look again, every cup stack, frisbee, bubble gum bucket has been carefully turned and then masterfully finished to look just like the real thing. Sometimes seeing isn't believing. If you're in the Toronto area you should definitely check this out!

Just Cows by Sam Greenwood. The expressions on their faces are unreadable. Are they looking cute and adoringly or back off bud, I’ll have you. I say, take advantage of the ambiguity in the world. Look at something and think what else it might be. It does have its downfalls though. Ambiguity is very interesting in writing, or art, it's not very interesting in science. I think what human beings need is to be able to laugh at the absurd, hold on to ambiguity, and learn to love nuance, instead of making everything one or the other. In my view, in art, if you judge everything by how photographically real it looks, then you're missing out on a lot of what art is about and what communication is. There are ambiguities in life, and that should be reflected in art, cinema, and storytelling, I think. Live life.
I'm continually learning to be the observer. To watch intently with an open mind and not allow my my skewed perception to alter my observation. This goes both for external stimuli and my own internal monologue. Just like watching traffic here, I'm safe where I am simply being the observer. If I choose to randomly walk amongst this traffic I would invite chaos into my experience and my perceptions would be dramatically altered bringing in my animalian brain of fight or flight #justmyperspective#lookagain#justbecause
