How many ways can you eat egg salad?! I found 4 and had 0 leftovers! Which would you try? 🥚🥚 By @feelgoodfoodie ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS 6 hard boiled eggs 3 celery stalks, chopped 1/3 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt 2 teaspoon dijon mustard ½ teaspoon lemon zest Salt & pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS Hard-boil 6 eggs or bake at 325F for 25 minutes. Remove from heat and immediately place in an ice water bath for 1-2 minutes. Peel the eggs and cut into a rough dice. Place in a large mixing bowl, then add the celery, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Serve egg salad on toasted bread with tomatoes and arugula, or enjoy atop greens for a healthy salad! Ingredients : 1 package Chocolate Maca Truffle Energy Bite Mix . 1/3 cup coconut oil . 1/4 cup peanut butter (we like chunky) - low sugar . 1/2 brick cream cheese . 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice (optional) crushed peanuts (about 1/3 cup) . Directions 1. Add peanut butter and oil to a saucepan on low heat. Melt completely and empty contents of LARGE bag into your pot 2. Stir until fully combined. Remove from heat. 3. Pour into a parchment LINED 8x8 or 9x9 pan. Refrigerate until firm (about an hour). 4. Soften 1/2 brick cream cheese and add contents of your SMALL bag. Add in sweetener if you like a sweeter chocolate ganache topping. 5. Remove your tray from fridge and spread your ganache on top. 6. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over ganache and refrigerate or freeze until firm.

Hey everybody! 👋🏾 So at the end of 21 days on the @21daymealplan I weighed in at 297.2! 💪🏾(Damn you, shark week!🦈😂) I did hit my lowest, 295.8 (Day 18), and that makes me so happy and proud! There were some times that I wanted to just give up, but I kept going and pushed on. • I have lost about 3 inches and moving down instead of up in numbers and that is a win in itself! • I’ve decided to continue on for another week with inspiration from my bestie, @rottenkandeeshrinks , and see what more I can lose! Cancer freakin’ sucks! I had a motivational post for you today but woke up feeling helpless and frustrated and angry. When I was in college I lost my little cousin, a twin, to cancer. He never got to drive a car or go on a date or heck even graduate from elementary school. Last night I found out one of our friends, a gorgeous teenage girl, has cancer again... for the 3rd time. So I don’t have anything motivational for you today. All I have is this... 👉🏼Take care of your body and control what you can. Your workouts & the food you put in your body can’t cure cancer, but they sure can help prevent some diseases. 👉🏼Hug & love on your family and friends. Don’t take them for granted. 👉🏼Think about how you can make a bigger impact and help more people. I started my business to pay off my student loans but my end goal has always been to GIVE without looking at my bank account and I’m going to keep giving and growing until I make that a reality. I am ABLE, physically and mentally, to do more and so I believe it’s my job as a human in the world to do whatever it takes to help more people. Since we bought our house I have been working out at home. I’ve decided I’m going to get back to working out at the gym. I need the proper equipment to be able to really challenge my body. I’m not settling for the cheapest or closest gym though. The rest of this month I’ll be trying out the gyms in my area. #TipTuesday : If a food is making you feel bad, it is not meant for you!  I keep seeing and hearing people stay in a particular diet just because it promises weight loss.  I am not a dietician, however, if you went to one they would ask you a ton of questions and custom fit a plan to you.  They would never prescribe a one size fits all diet to all their clients. Coaches, dieticians, nutritionists, etc. can give you recommendations and advice but at the end of the day it is up to you to listen to your body.  Constantly eating something that inflames you is just silly.  Avoiding a certain healthy food you love and that doesn't bother you because Whole30 said you had to avoid it is silly.  Eating tons of meat when you hate it because the Paleo diet says you have to is silly.  You will never stick to a plan that you hate. Get in touch with how you feel and take it from there.  Put lots of colorful, nutrient-dense food in your body and avoid the ones that give you bloating, discomfort, etc.  Count up the macros if you have a big goal or just try to eat well with moderate portions if you don't. No one knows what works for your specific makeup except YOU.  Work with a trainer or a doc to make a plan but be weary of any person who doesn't ask you questions before giving their suggestions. TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY💁🏼‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️ So the first photo was before i started slimming world, my heaviest recorded weight was 15 stone 6 and a half pounds, but i think i probably weighed more than that here😫 the second photo was at my boyfriends brothers and @follow_me_slavkalora ‘s wedding day (you should deffo go follow her), and i was around 14 and a half stone. The third photo was on new year’s eve, and although i felt bloated and uncomfortable, i weighed 12 stone 4 pounds, so that was over 3 stone loss. The last photo was today, just to show how much of a shape i actually have in my face now, that isn’t just round!! I’m really struggling to see any difference recently and just feel bigger than i can ever remember feeling, but i’m gonna keep plodding on. I’ve set an interim target of 10 stone 6 and a half pounds, but thinking i might lower it to 10 stone eventually.
