Throwback Thursday, to my FIRST 21 day challenge after Ellie (baby #3
) was born!
I’m sharing these pics because I don’t want anyone to think you can’t do these challenges. I hear these worries all the time - women tell me they aren’t in good enough shape, they’re worried they’ll be embarrassed, they’re worried lthe workouts will be too hard...
I get it! I felt ALL those things in April of 2016 and honestly, I really didn’t WANT to do any type of workouts - Ha! But I had to. I just HAD to get myself back again, and I knew this was my ticket.
In 21 days - even while nursing a newborn - I had such a total change!! On the outside AND on the inside!
I certainly could NOT do anything difficult or high-impact.
I modified everything.
I used very light weights.
I did what I could - not more, not less. Just what I could.
