First time pulling 5 plates on deadlifts back in 2014 when. Dang my form was ate up๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‚ was lucky enough later on to work with friend and past coach @sir_gymratfitness to show me my wrongs and the right way to perform big lifts.
A protein shake I use as a go to for weight gain. 8-12oz of milk, 1 cup of oats, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1 banana, 1 scoop of whey protein, and peanut butter if youโ€™d like. Around 43g of protein, 96g of carbs, 21g of fats, and 725 calories. Wouldn't recommend drinking this unless it was post workout or if your trying to gain healthy weight.
