Like the wild sea in the background of this clip ... the tides of your life will bring in wild emotional times ... both good and bad and also calm moments. How extreme it is, or how deep you will go, will be determined your reaction.
The more you ask for in life, the more varied the tides of lessons and learnings there will be. The waves of emotions will always varied ... from super calm to super wild. 🗯 Ever since I can remember, back squats have caused me low back pain. I am talking 20+ years. As I have gotten older, I have consciously moved way from it and feel better overall because of it. Enter Rear Foot Elevated Split Squats.
📣 RFE Split Squats aka Bulgarian Split Squats are a tremendous exercise for building strong, powerful legs without putting a ton or any load on the spine. Some would argue that unilateral squatting like this is even MORE IMPORTANT than bilateral squatting. In addition, they also have great carry over to athletic performance.
🏃🏽 Most, if not all, athletic movements are conducted on one leg, so why not train that way? I have found that folks who bilateral squat a ton can’t necessarily unilateral squat the same because of the different stability requirements involved.
🧠 Overall, single leg squatting requires less overall system load (less weight) to make a change in strength and stability. It also helps reduce the risk of injury while performing the exercise as well as on the field of play. Sounds like win-win to me!
🏋🏽 Give it a go. Start light with more reps so you can feel the movement out and then load it up using dumbbells or kettlebells. You can load this pattern pretty good. I have seen folks perform this with 100lb. dumbbells for reps, pretty impressive.

A ver subo esta foto donde voy a poner lo que llevan las Magdalenas, pero vamos… que lleva lo mismo que el bizcocho (lo único que varia es el molde) y las cantidades depende del día.
No me gusta poner cuantas claras, yemas, gr de avena, etc, le echo yo, porque lo que yo le echo es para mi, mis necesidades y dependiendo del día y de lo que me toque entrenar, meto más o menos, y demás. (Por eso no siempre salen las mismas)
Pero como sois tan "pesaitos" JAJAJA (Con amor) las voy a poner, "OJO 👀" si luego os ponéis tan fuertes que no entráis por la puerta 🚪… yo no tengo la culpa JAJAJA.
Madre mía de mi vida lo que me enrollo menos mal que por aquí no se pueden poner notas de voz, si no, os ibais a enterar. 📢RECETA: (en concreto os voy a dejar las cantidades de estas que son las que tocan cuando hago pata, osea las que hice ayer pre entreno) ✅8 claras ✅2 yemas
✅100 gramos avena (50 gr de copos, los de la foto, y 50 gr de harina de avena de sabor vainilla) ✅250 gramos de queso fresco batido desnatado (es lo que hace que queden tan esponjosas) ✅Stevia (o edulcorante o lo que sea que tengáis para darle más dulzor, contando con que la harina de avena ya lleva algo)
TODO A LA BATIDORA, QUE QUERÉIS UN BIZCOCHO, MOLDE GRANDE, QUE QUERÉIS MAGDALENAS, MOLDES PEQUEÑOS, QUE QUEREIS TORTITAS, A LA SARTEN JAJAJA Y NO HAY MÁS MISTERIO.
