💥Transformation Tuesday💥 . This is the progress I have made after 6 weeks of the 8 week @bodiesbyrachel TLM challenge I’m currently doing 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 My abs weren’t popping up this afternoon but I still wanted to get a photo to compare. 😆😆😆 I am so proud of the progress I have made and to see the hard work is working. This picture made me realise how much progress I have made in my legs 😍🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 I cant believe how much muscle I have built and I haven’t even been lifting super heavy 😀🔥🔥🔥. —————————————- Progress stats: Weight: 57.5kg ⏩ 53.4kg Waist: 69.5cm ⏩ 63.5cm % Body fat: 22% ⏩ 19.1% . I started off with 1650 calories for my first 3 weeks, then moved up to 1800, now I am up to 1950 calories!! 😜😜 - this process is called REVERSE DIETING and it works 🔥🔥🔥🔥 I haven’t been completely strict with my eating and have had a few cheat meals so it’s about finishing the balance. . Went there with Rodrigo and we both loved what we ordered. ⭐️ @kaleidoscopejuice (Specifically the one in Phx inside @themadisonphx because they offer a DELICIOUS food menu so you can catch a workout and a bite to eat afterwards) I have had their carne asada bowl and it’s sooooo good!! ⭐️ @ilovefarmandcraft - get their matcha mule (it’s non alcoholic) it’s very unique and refreshing! Love their vegan ceviche, salmon poke bowl, and pretty much any of their egg breakfast entrees ⭐️ @originalchopshop - great for breakfast/lunch/ and dinner! Everything is good here and can be modified to be dairy free if you need it. ⭐️ @eatflowerchild - I have been here once and ordered the Thai bowl with chicken and I dyed it was so good! ⭐️ @picazzositalian - they can make everything dairy free! And have just as many meat eaters as they do vegan friendly options. It’s my absolute favorite place to grab a pizza. ⭐️ @lagrandeorange do not leave this place without trying their chicken wings! THE BEST IN TOWN! And they also offer a vegan cashew cheese for their pizzas for any of my dairy free or vegan friends out there!
