Toasted black sesame & sunflower seed loaf from this morning 🌻 I thought this one wouldn’t work out because I left it on the counter during bulk fermentation for six hours without touching it (I had to go to work and messed up my timings). Oysters with Brown Sugar - Chipolte Butter from @bonappetitmag
was to die for. We had a seafood feast this afternoon when we finished the last of the oysters and made calamari on the side (plus an IPA!) *
The butter had brown sugar, bourbon and chipolte chile in adobo sauce and it was so good I dipped calamari in the leftover and then licked my fingers clean.
