Happy fall everyone, who’s excited for some fall hiking? (photo: @kaden_staley
Proceeds from every purchase go to the National Park Service to help maintain our public lands and protect the environment.
Traffic jam at Gros Ventre Campground in Grand Teton National Park caused by a moose. The campground is a popular area to see moose due to the close proximity of the Gros Ventre River.
In 13+ months on the road, I’ve only seen one sunrise; and it was absolutely breathtaking. I am NOT a morning person, but when I accidentally woke up for a sunrise, I was pretty stoked that the Tetons were what I saw when I opened the van doors! 🚐
What can be better than a Yosemite weekend getaway? 🏞

On this day I had the worst cramps I’ve had in a very long time. I wore grey sweatpants and a grey sweatshirt, a greyoutfit, and slowly moved about the park even after the ibuprofen. I barely hiked and was the most comforted by those baggy sweatpants. Sometimes, that’s how we see beautiful things, however we can. .

Feelin’ small next to this waterfall
We’re a little rusty on our hiking routine but this weekend we hiked 9 miles in Wild Basin and it felt so great! Bring on all the fall hikes!
Round Top Lake, at 9400’, is the highest lake in the region (near Carson Pass, south of Lake Tahoe). We had a clear day with super teal-blue water. Beautiful hike!
Hello bear friend! Remember folks, keep a good distance from wildlife. I stand by the rule of 👍: they need to be far enough away to fit under my thumb. #northcascades
Back in PA with lots of mixed emotions, but we did it. We made our dream honeymoon happen after 2 years of dreaming and planning. We camped and hiked and slowed wayyy down. It was everything and more.
There’s TONS more we want to get out to see and a lot we’d love to go back and revisit. Plans are in the works already for a full, future life outdoors. It’s addicting and wild and free. I’m forever changed and I want to believe for way better. I’d like to think I’m more comfortable with who I am, not with who others expect me to be. Only time will tell but I believe these transformations will stick around.
We kept track of a few stats throughout our trip to make the long hours in the truck more exciting. It’s amazing to see how far we traveled! #🍯🌙

“How glorious a greeting the sun gives the mountains! To behold this alone is worth the pains of any excursion a thousand times over.” – John Muir .
One year ago today Carlos and I were lucky enough to be in the greatest place in the whole world, and not a single day goes by that I don’t think about it.
Y’ALL. If this is not @pbybel
living his best life on his last day in his 20s, I don’t know what it would be. Also - who knew I married a real life rockstar? 😜
