It’s been a couple of YEARS. Yes years since I’ve shown my face around here! I thought it would be good to do another intro! I’m Mandi, I’m a follower of Christ, a wife, and a mama to 2 babes (Benson + Ruth). I grew up in a small town in Wyoming and moved to Utah for college! Got married soon after moving, and now we live in Pleasant Grove! I love to cook/bake (eat), watch Netflix (who doesn’t?), go camping, run (sometimes), make crafts & learn new things. I’ve never been out of the country but that will change in 30 days (I’m definitely counting the days) when my husband and I will go to South Africa for a couple of weeks! One of my goals this year is to learn how to shoot film so I can offer that to clients! I’m so excited! I can’t thank you enough for following, liking, commenting, and supporting my business it means so much to me & my family!! I’d love to answer any questions, get your favorite Netflix shows, or just say hi so I can get to know you!! 👇🏻👇🏻 don’t be shy! Drop a comment! 💙💙
🌿It’s no secret that I’m super proud of my second shooters- @joshsorenson
took this photo. When I got a “thank you” card from @daniellekruja
in the mail with this image on it, I was thrilled because it only demonstrates the talent that I choose to work with. Thanks Josh and @themultitaskingninja
for helping me out with this beautiful Sarasota wedding. 👌#mirophotobride
After these past few years, the way I see the world and the way I shoot it has evolved so much and I couldn’t be happier about it 🙌🏻 I value the beauty in simplicity and I shoot what makes my heart FULL ✨
C+M eloped last year at our gorgeous Boston City Hall (unpopular opinion alert!!) and they just couldn’t be sweeter or cooler to be honest. I cant believe how lucky I am to be a part of the lives of such incredible people 💁♀️ Cooped up in the house with snow falling and the fireplace on has brought me down the path of looking through some past galleries... AND MAN ON MAN😍 I just fell in love with my couples and their stories ALL over again 🤘🏻
Guys, I’m so excited to finally be able to announce the lucky winners of the #2019WeddingGiveaway
Drumroll, please!..... @sydchar57
& Nathan, you two are about to get your world rocked with a wedding package valued at over $4500!! 🙌🏻 The fact that you two want to make your wedding day special for everyone in your lives, not just yourselves, is so stinking sweet and I’m so excited to be able to help you make that a reality! ⠀
I do what I do because I believe it’s important that we take time to capture the moments in our lives that are filled with pure joy, beauty and excitement - like wedding days! Through photography, my goal is to help couples establish their legacy of happiness; so that even on a bad day, after a silly fight, people can look at that canvas on their wall and be reminded of those happy feelings that automatically bring a smile to their face. Not only that, but those photos will be left for future generations - to inspire them to live their lives in the same joyous way! I don't just capture a pretty day, I leave an impact on people’s lives. ⠀
Sydney & Nathan’s happiness & love for each other jumped out to me, and I cannot wait to not only help them have a beautiful wedding day, but to also create lasting memories they can look back on and will bring them joy for years and years to come. ⠀
Congratulations, you two!! ⠀ 🍾 ⠀
A big storm is rolling in this weekend. I’m curled up on the couch with Zach and Theo with Chance at our feet enjoying being cozy. But I can’t lie and I would do anything to photograph a snowy blizzard engagement session... as long as a hot drink is awaiting afterwards!
Don’t they look soo warm and cozy? It was actually 5 degrees out and probably the coldest shoot I’ve ever done. You guys were the sweetest! ❄️
Snoowwwwballl fiiiiight!! who else is pumped for this snowstorm?? I just can’t wait to see Luna running around in the snow it’s her favorite thing :’)
One of my favorite moments of the 2018 wedding season: when Becca’s sister played a (surprise) recording of their grandfather saying how much he loves them. It was crazy emotional and there wasn’t a dry eye in the room. How incredible that I’m invited to moments like these? ❤️
We met the cold with laughter, geeked out over a gigantic dog at a cafe, then hung out in my favorite room at my favorite museum. That’s a pretty perfect engagement shoot. Congratulations, Malissa & Bob!
Ever feel like you can finally breathe? 😌⠀
When I talk with my new clients I always ask them what photos they are looking forward to the most. They almost always say those small, candid, joyful moments they might have missed. This photo encapsulates that idea - and sometime black and white is just right.
I never met a sunset I didn't like <3
Happy Saturday friends! Today we had Olivia’s 8th birthday party at @alyssascakery
and it was amazing! The girls decorated cakes, ate all the sugar 😫 and had so much fun! Alyssa, you’re a saint ❤️🙏🏻! Now we’re relaxing and getting ready to get snowed in....hopefully?! What’s everyone else doing this weekend?
We’re stocked up on popcorn and ready for a Lord of the Rings marathon this weekend! Anyone else excited to get snowed in tomorrow??
Do you like gold or silver rings?
I usually prefer silver but these are pretty too 😍
Nice one, @kpdolan14.
Started off his vows with some lighthearted jokes and ended with the whole chapel in tears- me included. ✨ Those are the best kind of vows though, don’t you agree? #ringinthedolans @hotelviking
Marissa, Jon and Baxter make the sweetest family. So excited to capture their wedding day in October!
I never want to stop making memories with you 💍
black & white goodness 🖤✖️ have been trying to do some catching up on blogging and these two squeezed cuties from last spring are now on my website 🤘🏻 link on the profile.
Caroline and Ehsan tied the knot surrounded by close friends and family at an intimate ceremony in Ann Arbor, MI. See more of their beautiful wedding day at the link in bio! 💛
Honestly feeling a little bitter toward this snow storm that’s on its way into Massachusetts. In the meantime though, look at how sweet Nick + Veronica are 🖤
Excited to be back at the @publickhousesturbridge
next weekend for their Wedding Tasting Event! Love this venue and the amazing staff that are always such a pleasure to serve alongside with!
“May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view. May your mountains rise into and above the clouds.”
Just in time for Boston's first snow storm, I'm thinking back to warm evenings on the Cape. How cute and perfectly Cape Cod is @the_dennisinn
?! Not pictured is the tent they use for receptions and dinner on their lawn. Loved being here for a late summer/early fall wedding last year. If you're having a classic Cape Cod wedding, we should talk! But fit now, enjoy the ❄️!

Ian and I are in the early stages of home-buying. Visiting open houses, getting our financial ducks in a row and such. It fills me with excitement and a touch of anxiety. It reminds me a bit of how I felt when planning our wedding. Neither of us have done this before nor are we experts. And it reminded me that my couples aren't experts at this whole wedding planning/photography thing either. We just Google, ask our friends and other folks we trust and who’ve done it before, and do the best we can. So I want to know, what do YOU want to know about wedding planning, and specifically wedding photography? Because I may not know much about home buying, but I do know a thing or two about photography and weddings.
It’s the Saturday before the snowpocalypse- what are you doing today?!
“Em is a fairy princess” ~ Willow ✨I agree! Loved this day and especially the time we took to sneak away for these portraits in the beach grass. 💚 Happy Saturday friends!
Mmm, I love a pretty table setting. It doesn’t have to incorporate much, but it can speak volumes at a reception.✨
It’s time for another #followfriday
with the wonderful @daysforgirls
! Have you ever considered how much a menstrual cycle without sufficient hygiene products could hinder a girl’s route to success? It may seem like a small thing, but without a solution to manage her monthly cycle: •1 in 10 girls in Sub-Saharan Africa...
•113 million adolescent girls in India...
•30% of girls in rural Brazil... will miss school this year. Around the world, girls and women resort to using rags, mattress stuffing,
banana leaves, feathers, and even cow dung to manage their menstruation.
Days for Girls provides a safe, beautiful, washable, and long-lasting alternative —
along with vital health education. 🌺
I’ve had the privilege of helping my grandma make and distribute the Days for Girls menstrual kits and it’s awesome to be able to provide such a tangible, impactful solution. Consider donating or getting involved with your local chapter. Visit daysforgirls.org
