Azelaic Acid is a highly effective acne treatment comparable to Benzoyl Peroxide, Tretinoin, and even Accutane. It also treats rosacea, melasma, and hyperpigmentation. It has antibacterial, antioxidant, and anti-keratinizing properties. ✅. How does Azelaic Acid work to treat Acne?✅
Azelaic Acid is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-keratinizing (meaning it prevents a build-up of dead skin, which could in turn prevent clogged pores that cause breakoutsUnlike Accutane, it doesn’t change how much sebum your skin produces but decreases the free fatty acid content in skin making it an inhospitable environment for bacterial and fungal overgrowth.✅
it’s an effective treatment for “fungal acne,” or the skin conditions associated with malassezia like seborrheic dermatitis, pityrosporum folliculitis, dandruff, eczema, and psoriasis.✅The surface of skin that has been exposed to pathogenic malassezia is abnormally high in free fatty acids✅. #naijabeauty

■ Goals and Processes ■
So you focus only on the goal without much thought for the process?
You might as well pound your fruits to make smoothie. 🙄
Right beside the people consideration, you should be paying lots of attention to the questions around your process because they matter more than you imagine.
To remain successful you need to incorporate the practice of "continuous improvement"; it saves you time and money, and makes your employees happy to stay.
After you envision your goals and assess where you are right now, you need to create clear pictures of how you intend to bridge the gap. This shouldn't be focused on only 1 area of your business but should cut across financial, processes, customers and learning.
A lot is changing in the business world especially with expectations. That's not slowing down anytime soon so you better catch up if you know you're going somewhere.
Revisit your processes and improve on them. Dunno how or where to start, send a DM.
● Key Success Factor ●
For me, it's always an opportunity to meet and get to know people, even on social media, so I reach out whenever I can.
Small talk is very important and I use it often, a simple introduction and genuine concern about them, their life and business sets the ball rolling.
People are often impressed by my ability to communicate with people at different intellectual levels despite my default communication style.
Here's how I see it - It's up to me how people feel after interacting with me so I don't leave it up to chance. I am accessible, I listen and I make people feel heard.
I give advice.
I answer questions.
I go an extra mile to give insights into situations.
This is a key success factor factor because it makes strangers get to like and trust me in no time.
Add that to my experience, knowledge and skills, and it's not difficult to figure out why it's not easy to copy what I do.
If we had a conversation in the DM before but have never met, client or not, you'd agree with what I'm saying. Right?
