Все приходя в зал делают однотипные, ютубовские упражнения, качают ягодичные, устраивают день плеч, бесконечные сведения и разведения в тренажере, но в итоге ничего не выходит…
Вот простой метод как сделать тело своей мечты! Прежде чем пойти в зал определись какую фигуру ты хочешь видеть в зеркале.
Полистай спортивные журналы и возможно тебе понравится фигура: Марии Шараповой, Алины Кабаевой, Елены Исинбаевой, Может Валентины Шевченко, Конора Макгрегора, Майка Тайсона…
Других спортсменов: футболистов, борцов, штангистов, спринтеров, гимнастов, скалолазов, пловцов, танцоров, кроссфит спортсменов и т.д.
Теперь ищем в интернете тренировки того кто нам понравился и начинаем. Так например: я хочу ноги как у бегуна на спринтерские дистанции. Первое что надо делать - это спринтерские забеги. После, специфические программы тренировок выбранного вида спорта.
Главное помните - вы не профессиональный спортсмен! Такие тренировки надо адаптировать под свои возможности. Лучшим вариантом будет обращение к тренеру, вам не обязательно покупать персональные тренировки, но программу тренировок купить стоит.
Скажите тренеру: “Привет, я хочу выглядеть как Майкл Фелпс, составьте пожалуйста для меня программу тренировок”. Таким образом тренер сразу поймет, что именно требуется, огромным плюсом будет - это безопасный тренинг подстроенный под ваши возможности и ограничения.
Пользуйся этим простым методом!

Cardio is not a requirement for losing weight....
Many people believe you have to do a lot of cardio to lose weight. But the truth is, you don't. It can be helpful in some instances but it can also be hurtful in others
Personally, I believe the truth lies somewhere in the middle. I’ve been the person pounding away doing tons of cardio. And I’ve also been the one who cut back on cardio in favor of doing more weight training and building more muscle.
My physique definitely started looking better when I focused more on lifting and stopped the obsessive cardio. As a matter of fact, I carried a lot more body fat when I used to do a ton of cardio. I carry a lot less body fat now, even at 50 then I did at 30 or 40 by doing more weight training and less cardio than ever before. How? I trusted the process, focused on the weight training, figured out what worked for me nutrition wise and started using cardio as an accessory to enhance the other two.
Now, I’m not saying you should avoid cardio completely. I don't . But when you used to do it 6-7 days per week for 45-60 minutes and now you do 2- 3 days per week, for 20-40 minutes, that's a hell of a big difference!
When cardio is done in moderation it’s definitely beneficial for your health, and if you’re someone who genuinely enjoys it or your an endurance athlete, then by all means do it. What I’m saying is that it’s not 100% necessary for losing fat and getting lean. At least not for the average person who isn’t looking to step on stage. When it comes to fat loss, cardio can and should be used as a helper, not the main player.
I see far too many people, especially women🙄, over-relying on cardio when they’d be better off focusing on strength training, while dialing in on their nutrition. And because cardio can negatively impact hormones, increase hunger, and make it more difficult to lose fat when done over time, sometimes just focusing on getting more movement throughout the day in the form of walking, is the better way to go. #onlinefitnesscoach #onlinetraining #fatloss #nutritioncoach #weighttrainingforwomen #fitat50 #nighttimeabs #bodybuilding #fitnessmotivation #fitlifestyle #trainsmart #fitnessforlife

Whats good progress when it comes to Fatloss?
Not losing weight when your trying hard doing the right things (or best you know of) can be very discouraging, especially when society has things that guarantee instant gratification “summer body in 30 day” “6min 6pack”, “21lbs in 21 days”
Using weight is definitely a great tool when it comes to tracking your progress but NOT the only tool you should use!
Great ways to also track your progress are
Inches from body parts,
Way things are fitting your body,
The way your feeling!
Ive posted plenty of transformations with minuscule weightloss but huge body differences! In the end, when used correctly weight can be a useful tool but you shouldnt only gauge with it alone. If your discouraged about your weight not changing, make sure you’re keeping track of other chores before deciding to make a change to your plan.

Check this out. Healthy snacks are great. They can keep you from getting too hungry where you might make a bad food choice. They can replace shitty food so you don't crave the bad stuff. And they can be a meal supplement from which you can get vitamins and minerals that you might not get from your big meals.
But, you need a bit of education so that you don't go down the wrong path.
Take a look at the difference between grapes and dates for example. Dates are very healthy but not a great low calorie snack. I don't know about you but if I liked dates and had a bag of them on my lap while watching a movie, I'd be having a lot more than 4. ▪
On the flip side, if you are looking to get more calories in your diet or need a quick few hundred calories because you missed lunch, you can go for the higher dose. Like the nuts. Again, very healthy food but how much of them you eat will depend on your goals at the time. ▪
It's so easy to check the nutritional content of food these days so take a minute to educate yourself on what's in your food, then decide if it should, or how much should go in your mouth. ▪
I was at dinner the other night with some friends. One of the ladies didn't have icecream because she was trying to lose weight. Instead she had some sunflower seeds. She must've had about 4 cups of seeds. I'll let you figure out if that was a good weight loss strategy. ▪

Hiiiii👋🏻 been a minute since you’ve seen my face. .
A topic today I was thinking about is mindset with fitness, health, food, lifestyle, you name it. People often see another person’s body they desire and instantly compare. You have no idea what that person is going/growing through. My best advice- stay in your own lane and focus on yourself 👊🏻 .
Now health is much more than juicing, cardio 5x a week, or even following a workout program. Health starts within. If you don’t battle your inner demons, your worst fears, your insecurities, or focus on those difficult subjects/tasks, you will not grow. Change and growth comes from stepping outside of our comfort zone. You can have a six pack, shredded muscles, tanned skin, all the “desired” appearances, but not be healthy. 🍂
With that being said, find what works for you. Don’t search for your happiness in another person, take yourself on dates, recognize things you need to work on & work on them! Take small steps each day. Each day you complete a small task is one step closer to your main goal. Spend time with people who value you for YOU. Figure out your why. But above all, strive for happiness, daily, in all the little things. We can get so caught up in oh man woke up late, got a ticket on the way to work, wow forgot my lunch, locked myself out of my car, etc...all these minor inconveniences that we let them rule our entire day or week or month! Just think if you changed your mindset to “well at least I had the freedom to drive my own vehicle today” or “I have a job that pays my bills to live”. Stop over-complicating things. 👇🏻

Want to build shoulders like a bodybuilder 😍
Two things are needed:
1. Bring your shoulders to fatigue every time you train them- either with weight used or restrict recovery time 👏
2. Train all 3 heads (front, medial, rear) of the shoulder - evenly 👌
Part 1 of today’s shoulder lift:
▪️Push presses to almost failure rest remaining minute (used 50lbs) ▪️ Drop sets of lateral Db raises: 3 drops 10 reps at each weight rest remaining minute (might not be anytime left!)
Weights used: 15/12.5/7.5 ▪️Drop set of wide bent over rows or flies: 3 drops 10 reps at each weight Weight used 15/12.5/7.5
Rest 1 minute
4 rounds (16 minutes) .
