Transformation Tuesday time, and this time I’m proud to showcase my client John 🌱💪🌱 . . John leads a busy life, works full time and is a member of a band. With all this said, his effort in changing up his eating habits has been superb. John was previously slugging away on the cardio when starting this journey, we changed that, he’s now killing squats, deadlifts, press ups, chin ups and so much more. Just a few weeks into her foundation phase, and Janine is already rowing like a pro! 👌 . Some people just have a knack of picking up movements swiftly and naturally (usually when they come from a sporting background) and others can take a while. . Janine was previously a runner, and threw in a bit of circuit training to back that up - so her goals of adding lean muscle and symmetry to her physique should come reasonably easy. . ⭕️POST PER LE DONNE: CELLULITE Come combatterla 💪⭕️ La cellulite comune è un inestetismo causato da una cattiva circolazione periferica e da uno scambio alterato dei liquidi tra plasma e tessuti.Ciò che avviene a livello tissutiale è un ingrossamento delle cellule adipose e un eccesso di liquidi (ritenzioni idrica) causato da un rallentamento del flusso sanguigno. 🔵 cosa si può fare? ✅ migliorare la propria composizione corporea. Aumentare la massa magra e diminuire quella grassa. Se la percentuale di grasso cala anche la cellulite diminuirà in percentuale. ✅ in palestra è preferibile utilizzare esercizi multi articolari con ripetizioni Inferiori alle 10-12 questo per evitare una eccessiva produzione di acido lattico e quindi di provocare uno stato infiammatorio localizzato. ✅ evitate di stare nella stessa posizione per tempi prolungati. Un esempio è per chi lavora in ufficio nel quale rimane seduto per 8 ore. Queste posture rendono difficile la circolazione venosa la quale è una delle prime cause della cellulite. ✅ Per NEAT si intende il dispendio energetico dato da tutte quelle attività quotidiane (respirare, mantenere la temperatura corporea, mangiare, dormire, camminare ecc.. non sono incluse attività sportive di nessun tipo). Se siete sedentari muovetevi di più! ✅ assumete antiossidanti ed antinfiammatori sia degli alimenti che da integratori se necessario, come la vitamina c. Smith Squats with a Narrow Stance. # Excellent exercise to hit the Quads and with the altered stance she can emphasise the work of the VMO # Lots of people bash the Smith machine over its use. There's some fair points to be made about it but trust me. Good first session with Bethany as she smashed this cardio workout designed to focus mainly on endurance and sustaining a high level of performance. I’ve used the four most effective machines in my opinion for burning fat . While doing these machines you feel your legs working extremely hard and burning as well as working on your endurance. In addition to the machine exercise, I have added some extra leg work outs to make sure Bethany still keeps improving her muscular strength. Lastly we finished off with some fun abs workouts which she enjoyed. Due to it being Bethany’s first session, I didn’t want to push her too much. In the upcoming sessions I will gradually start adding more exercises. Workout : 5 minutes treadmill ( warm up level 10 maintaining the speed ) 10 minutes cross fit trainer ( maintaining the speed and resistance) 5 minutes bike (with resistance and speed maintenance) 5 minutes rowing machine( one minute on one minute off ) Hamstring curl machine 4 sets / 10 reps Leg press 4 sets / 10 reps Quads extension 4 sets / 10 reps These lower body exercises were done at a low weight but at a high repetition to improve muscle Strength and endurance. Wholistic training: Power through your legs is key to the stabilization of your body of the wall. 1️⃣Bosu Ball Toe Taps💥: the ball provides an unstable surface to challenge the musculature of the foot and ankle, while the 3 way taps challenge the hips and knees. Especially important is that this is similar to flagging, and a great exercise for increasing your comfort with heavily loaded flags. 2️⃣Romanian Deadlift💥: a common exercise for Hamstring and glute strengthening; amazing for preventing proximal hamstring strains, and also the challenge of a single leg balance on the muscles of the ankle and foot. The 🦖 to Gaston: 🔊ON! Most typically occurs as a horizontal Dyno, if you don't hit the holds in an appropriate position your shoulders will be weeping. Or you'll take a header to the floor. Both sound bad to me, so let's fix that! In this case, the direction of the Dyno is ⬆️ and ↗️ adding a more complex series of movements. However for all 🦖 to Gastons, the absolute best thing you can do for your shoulders are 1️⃣ To power up from your feet to bring your chest as close to the holds as possible, and 2️⃣ to hit the holds with bent elbows. This allows much greater activation of the musculature in the back and biceps/triceps, and affords much better control of swing. __________________________ 🤯 Any other dynos this like me to try?
