Летом с досугом не возникает вопросов: натянули шорты майку и потопали в парк, Ролики, велики, взяли коврик, тормозок, пошли поваляться на бережок, в общем, можно сильно не напрягать фантазию))) и провести весело свободное время! 🚲🧗🏼♀️🏊🏼♂️🤾🏼♀️
А зимой что?!?🤔🤔🤔 На улице долго не нагуляешься((( когда снег выпадет – пойдём кататься на санках, конечно. А сейчас что? Сейчас только Ледовый каток, роллердром и всё вроде?! Деточка взрослеет, и детскими пыльными горками в клетках-сетках ее уже не удивишь... может у нас есть какая-нибудь активность на тему «мама с ребёнком делают "что-то" вместе...» например: лепят из глины, или ещё что-либо интересное?! Возможно я просто не в теме подобных «движений»?)))

You get what you focus on... You get what you focus on, so focus on what you want. Sounds pretty easy peasy doesn't it? However take a minute and let this really sink in and ask yourself the following.
What has been going on with your train of thoughts? What has your mind given attention to the most recently? Was it positive? Or was it fear based? Is your inner dialogue loving and supportive? Or do you tell yourself off constantly and have fallen into the comparison trap and notice how happy and succesful others seem to be doing life?
I can't stress enough, certainly out of personal experiences, to MOT your thought patterns regularly and check if your thoughts are not focussing on what you NOT want.
In every human brain, there lies a clever mechanism called the "Reticular Activating System," or "RAS' for short.
RAS allows you to filter the huge amounts of data that is constantly flooding into your brain, in order to find what's important to you.
Without RAS, we would be completely overwhelmed just to live our day-to-day life.
Your RAS learns your habits of focus, and from that information, it filters all of the data that comes your way on a moment-to-moment basis. In simpler terms, this means you will only ever find what you're looking for.
Whenever you see people succeeding in life, you can be absolutely positive their thoughts are those of success and well-being.
Your thoughts create your reality, and your thoughts are determined by your point of focus.
Knowing now we all have been blessed with our own RAS mechanism we would be silly not to use it wisely.
Start today to focus only on the things you want to see, such as happiness, love, connectivity, ease and success and guaranteed your life will begin to change.
So if things are not going your way, give yourself a thorough thought MOT and stop doing the same things and let go of those negative thought patterns that are not given you the results you want.
