I don't know how to feel about this. On one hand, it's frustrating because I was really looking forward to Styles/Lesnar II and the promo AJ was cutting before being interrupted by Heyman was just making me more excited about it. Also, I was just getting back into AJ's reign as his matches got increasingly better. On the other hand, I don't see this as being unpredictable just for the sake of being unpredictable, I liked the way they referenced how AJ did the same last year with Jinder and then had it come back around on him. I'm just on the fence about it.

371 days as WWE Champion and they end his reign on a random ass episode of SmackDown. I’m beyond upset at that. What sucks is that he was just 63 days away from breaking CM Punk’s reign which he absolutely deserved to. His reign might not have been perfect or the best and even boring to a lot of people but I don’t care though. At least he was a true and fighting champion who always showed up to work and defended his title like a champion should instead of just sitting on his ass at home not caring at all and waiting on his paychecks like a certain Universal Champion did during his first reign. I’ll miss him as champion. #AJStyles #Phenomenal #PhenomenalOne #WWEChampion #MyChampion #WWE #SDLive #SmackDownLive
We said on the podcast that we could easily see a title change happening right before Survivor Series and tonight we got it! #ANDNEW
No other way to put it exact, this reign for a whole year was phenomenal. Goddamn.
