Your mindset before you do a set is very important, it can be the difference between getting those last few reps you missed on the session before, or a chance to kick on and hit new numbers. Taking the time to focus and switch off from all distractions can make a big difference, in the long run all those extra reps will add up and it WILL show in your physique.
Unfortunately the last few weeks I haven’t been to impressed with my eating.
If you feel you can do better, I’m with ya 🙋🏼♂️.

full time and running my online coaching business at night it caught me be surprise on how important being prepared is when you’re time poor.
Back to the roots prepping up and getting that consistency back to where it needs to be.
Not just for my progress in body shape. I also do it for the improved health 🥦.

Throwback to our Prep-2 concert last week and my little cherubs absolutely killing our song Baby shark 🦈 Can honestly say I never want to listen to the song again🙄,but so proud of how hard my kids worked! HOME BUTT WORKOUT (WITH A BAND) | Get this baby done either at home or at the gym (to finish off a heavy weighted leg session)
1. Banded Hip Thrust (from a chair or Bench) x 15-25 reps x 2 sets
2. Banded Bulgarian Split Squat x 15-25 each leg x 2 sets
3. Banded Hip Abduction x 30-35 reps x 2 sets
Repeat these all as straight sets, rather than superset-ing (performing back to back). These are the apps I use on a regular basis. Initially, they’re designed to create a level of consciousness to people’s behaviours. Creating a level of awareness and identifying people’s habits is the first step in long term change. I tell people to not aim for a particular number or thing, but to just see what their current life looks like
Once we have some important data and feedback, we can then start making changes. However, these changes don’t have to be a huge overhaul of your life, I like to ‘pick the low hanging fruit’... basically, what’s going to yield the the biggest results with the least effort or commitment
Strong foundations can be built upon and improved over time. Through recognition of your preferences and having a history to look back over, we can steer the process in a way that will keep you invested in the long term
