Look at the ✨✨✨✨✨
Look how they shine for you
And everything you do
Yeah they were all 💛
I came along
I wrote a song for you
And all the things you do
And it was called 💛
So then I took my turn
Oh what a thing to have done
And it was all 💛
Oh yeah your skin and bones
Turn into something beautiful
You know you know I ♥️you so
You know I ♥️you so

How often have you found yourself sitting on the couch thinking: “I’m so tired of feeling like this… again”? How many times have you started a fitness regimen only to have a birthday, wedding, work, a loss, etc. come up and completely derail you?
It happens to all of us.
So how do we minimize the time spent OFF the wagon?
You’ve got to plan ahead.
And no, I don’t mean bringing your tupperware to your grandmother’s birthday or your best friend’s wedding!! You’re already on the winning end because KNOW that things will come up every so often.
Try asking yourself, is there something today or this week that MIGHT get in the way of what I’m working towards? Is it a lunch time business meeting? Did your child catch a cold and you need to care for her/him? Is it a big project that you have to finish this week and you can’t make it to the gym? Whatever it may be for you, expect that it’s coming.
Now that we know it’s coming, what are the things you CAN do to stay on track? What are the things have control over? Can you order something a bit more nutrient dense during that lunch meeting? Can you schedule 30 minutes somewhere in your day to move in some way? Can you create a plan for what you KNOW is coming?
And as we know, a plan without ACTION is just a dream. So let’s not dream about our health and fitness, let’s take action on it.
What are some of the things you’ve got to plan for this week??
