49 years ago my Dad was born in Bridgetown,Barbados. 14 years later he came to America with my grandmother and started his life over in a world he did not know. 16 years later his life started over again as my father and he again entered into a world in which he did not know. The ups and downs that this world has thrown at you as made you the person that you are today and made you the father that you are today. In a way it has made me the son that I am today. I am forever grateful of all that you have provided, continue to provide and will provide for me. I continue to learn and grow from you. And although I’m growing into my own, please remember that you and my mom were the first people I learned anything in this world from and I am only where I am in this world because of you guys. I know I came from two hardworking individuals who want nothing but success for me and i will never take that for granted. I love you dad, Happy Birthday.
one of the few photos I took at El Yunque rainforest in Puerto Rico, 2015.
- We had just gotten down to the giant waterfall at the very end of our hiking trail, during which I had shot so much that I had completely underestimated the camera battery on both the GoPro I had and my Nikon. Shots at the waterfall were very scarce to say the least lol not to mention the lens being completely covered in mist and no dry/clean cloth to clean 😅😂 shouts out to dude in the photo though. I guess he makes it more interesting🤘🏻📷
