✨salted egg chicken with rice
✨salted egg chicken with indomie mie goreng
NB : Jangan lupa manfaatin promonya nich!!! Buy 2 Get 3

Today, I wanted to shift gears and talk about what really goes into the salted egg snacks we've come to love. When I was traveling abroad and first fell in love with these salted egg snacks in Asia, I was shocked and disheartened to see the ingredients full of things that are super harmful to our health.
MSG - Contained in most of the salted egg snacks found in today's market. Although its harmful effects are still debated, it is still a trigger substance making us eat more without appreciating the natural tastes of the ingredients.
Margarine - contain high levels of trans fat, which has been proven to be highly detrimental to our heart health, and government around the world advise against its consumption.
Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein - a flavor enhancer similar to MSG, shown in studies to cause headaches and similar side effects when consumed.
Silicon Dioxide - this is a known carcinogen, and even banned by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
Permitted Colouring - Food colouring have caused everything from hyperactivity and allergic reactions to cancer.
Flavour Enhancers (E621, E635) - common sense says as humans, we shouldn't eat things with titles that could very much correspond to college dormitory rooms.
What I'm trying to say here is, if producers are making these things that are misaligned with our health and well-being, then we need to become more conscious consumers. As a makers of foods here at Tochi, we want to to make food; not artificial enhancers, not letters and numbers, and definitely not engineered dyes to make the food look more 'attractive'. Because we believe in nourishing our bodies with the things meant for it, and nothing else. That is our commitment. 👊🏻
